Excellent spelling and grammar assistant
What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly works 'everywhere' as there are browser plugins and plugins for most tools like Microsoft 365 etc etc etc. You just work as normal and Grammarly displays and offers suggestions for how to fix spelling and grammar issues in your writing. You just have to click on a suggestion and it's fixed! Easy
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, nothing that I can think of. It is so helpful, in fact, that my company has a subscription for every customer-facing employee, and some of them are non-native English speakers, so it's even more helpful for them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main concern is that communications with customers be professional at all times, which means no egregious spelling or grammar errors. Grammarly solves that.

What do you like best about the product?
The quality of the proofing and the integration of style with grammar and spelling have been my selling points.
What do you dislike about the product?
In recent weeks. I noticed a degradation in the accuracy of the correction, with a few complete incoherences for the first time in years.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The quality, accuracy and speed of the correction have been highly beneficial, allowing to complete the proofing of long documents efficiently and quickly.
Love knowing that Grammarly is there to make sure I don't make stupid mistakes

Makes sure I'm using the right "tense" and helps me correct mistakes that I didn't realize I made.
What do you dislike about the product?
If it thinks I should change something I know is correct

Makes sure our nonprofit's documents are correctly written and . Hey, I could tell I spelled 'punctuated' incorrectly but you haven't inbedded Grammarly in this form to help me out.
Great tool to catch mistakes
What do you like best about the product?
How fast it is. I also love that you can use it almost everywhere, and it's very easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like some tone suggestions, but I see it can be valuable for some people.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding grammar mistakes. It helps me to ensure I'm sending professional messages all over the place.

I have dyslexia and it has helped Tremendously. The spellcheck and the grammar helps me in my day-to-day work world.

Sometimes it gets confused and I've got a change things two or three times

Easy to use and offers good suggestion

I like the premium features the most. It gives me ease on my writing skills, that the automated doc editors are unable to do.
What do you dislike about the product?
It does not offer suggestions to change the passive to active voice, just that its passive. I would like help with rewording a general feature of grammarly.

It solves fixing punctuation and declutter.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it gives suggestions on making my sentences more concise and limiting passive voice.
What do you dislike about the product?
It suggests corrections on citations in quotes from someone who might not have good grammar but whose message is relevant to a specific audience. Also, it has some bias with African names because it is quick to auto-correct.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping me refine my writing, eliminating unnecessary words and finding ways to make it sound more positive. Most times, the AI writer gives good suggestions.

The corrections of grammer and style it provides

Some of the corrections it provides do not make sense. So, how do I know when to follow the suggestions and when not to?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
English is not my mother tongue. So, it helps me a lot with fixing grammar, the length of the sentence, etc.
Grammarly saves time and makes writing better!
What do you like best about the product?
I like the way it integrates with most of the programs I use with automatic feedback so I don't even have to open the app. And the suggestions are really great!
What do you dislike about the product?
I find it a bit cumbersom if I'm using a program that is not linked. Then I have to open it, cut and paste my text. Review it and then cut and paste it back. I do a lot of grant applications and this can be a pain.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can let my writing really flow and not worry about spelling, grammar and punctuations until I'm done. While I still ususally have a team mate look over my work as a best practice, it doesn't take multiple proofreaders or reviews anymore.
