Great Help and Support
What do you like best about the product?
I like that they help me to reword/organize my sentences to communicate my thoughts better.
What do you dislike about the product?
The suggestions sometimes struggle with going away or being added, seems like glitches.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving the problem of my lack of clear communication and helping me be professional and confident in my writing, mainly emails.

Grammarly helps me stay clear, concise and helps me write in an active voice to send more engaging messages!
What do you dislike about the product?
At times I have to reload my doc to ensure things are working well, but that's quickly fixed!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly is SIGNIFICANTLY better than any spell check out there. Im learning how to write in the tones that are best for working with others - positive and direct.

What do you like best about the product?
It helps correct sentence structure better than other programs and has a copyright check feature. It is very easy to use the "Office" version (not the widget version) with the window/box that stays open and lists/shows every suggestion.
What do you dislike about the product?
No Tech Writer mode/feature, so Grammarly is getting dumber not smarter with suggestions. It doesn't correct "all" like it is supposed to over 95% of the time and doesn't even give mass correction suggestions very often like it did when I first started using Grammarly. It is not easy to install the "BEST" version (with list on the side). I hate the floating widget version (which is the one you guys now support the most). Glitches and stops working sometimes, inconvient to turn/off on (if you do it messes up more).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Not sure, I've sent in suggestions and showed errors 'suggestions' that it gives. I hardly ever hear back on if fixed (great for contacting you for error when it stops working, but not for suggestions/errors found).
Effective and Essential
What do you like best about the product?
I like having Grammarly running everywhere. It just works. whether I am in an email in Chrome or a Word doc, I can rely on Grammarly to point out potential issues before I hit submit or save.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the button is in the way. I have to move it frequently
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I type fast and often inaccurately, but Grammarly makes sure I sound professional.
I have been able to type e-mails and responses to others quicker and without mistakes.

The accuracy of knowing what I want to say.

Sometimes, it won't connect to my communication platforms.

It has solved my spelling problem and sped up my communication in an accurate way.
We Love Grammarly!
What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly not only helps you with daily copywriting, it also learns with you. I love that we can set up style guides for our team and anyone can easily onboard. It is extremely easy to use and implement.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish Grammarly had a cheaper price point for teams.

It speeds up our process and gives us the ability to increase content volume.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the weekly emails I get, which rate my writing and analyze my tone. This is important to me as it allows me to pivot and adapt as my writing quality progresses.

I like all things Grammarly. Maybe Spanish language simultaneous analysis would be cool.

Misspellings that may come from being a second-language English speaker.
