The ease of setup, the unique grammatical suggestions, the automatic spell check

I love that Grammarly is integrated in just about everything that I use. In emails, word, Monday, etc., Grammarly is there to help without me even thinking about it.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some times when the Grammarly button doesn't totally show up or may be difficult to click on, but that's honestly not even that large of a problem.

Grammarly keeps our company sounding consistent with our tone as well as making sure that everyone is using the same style guide.

What do you like best about the product?
I feel more confident when I write emails to my teams because I can ensure that I sound professional and friendly and that my tone aligns with our brand. Implementing this tool into my daily workflow was very easy, and now I use it every day!

I have been using Grammarly for the past three weeks and I cannot think of any negative aspects of the tool.

What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly is a direct assistant, that not only corrects mistakes is grammar, spelling and punctuation, but also gives feedback to the time of your writing. This is very useful to both novice and experienced writers. Whether it is a brief message or a formal document, the advise and corrections offered by Grammarly are invaluable and right on point.
What do you dislike about the product?
As with any AI tool, there are some instances where the purpose or intention of the writer is not completely comprehended by Grammarly. Thus, some wording or phrasing may be corrected with something less suitable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As I am new to my role as a Senior Supervisor, I have many reports and letters/emails to write. Grammarly keeps my writing in check and advised the best wording to relay my intentions.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the variety of ways to access Grammarly: Phone Keyboard, Website, Chrome Extension, and iPad app. The Chrome plug-in is checking this review for me! It's easy to get going once you have an account set up.

My company upgraded to the Business version about a year ago, as we have multiple personnel doing some copywriting. Grammarly helped create consistency in our voice, terminology, and tone.

What do you dislike about the product?
The app on the Mac has had update issues in the past. The app would keep saying it's outdated and would not auto-update. The free version used to have more features; I recently found that the free mode wouldn't even check spelling while using it for personal reasons. I did end up upgrading my personal account when a discount offer landed in my inbox.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In our business, it solved the issue of inconsistent tone created by multiple copywriters. I found when Grammarly could do most of the basic proofreading of material, I had to spend less time making corrections.
