There are glitches that can be frustrating
What do you like best about the product?
Helps me edit my documents when it is working correct for me.

The notification in the corner does not always work, and it also won't work to hover over the word. It stays on and then stays off and it gets frustrating because when it work if it is fantastic,

What do you like best about the product?
I love Grammarly, it assists it wording things in a clear and concise way. It implements all the appropriate punctuation where appropriate.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times lt puts in words that are not what I am trying to say. Also, when it highlights things it is difficult to pick up on all the points they are trying to focus on

Spelling, punctuation and wording things more concisely

The ease of use tends to recommend and make small tweaks that help me out.
What do you dislike about the product?
That it has to be installed, once it is it is very simple but we already have built-in tools like spell check.

Making my emails more concise.

The AI detector is handy. I have used it a few times to nuance my writing a bit more and make it sound more human.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find Grammarly really struggles on Hootsuite and on Notion. It would be nice to see those improved.

The main thing it helps me with it clarifying my writing.

A great tool to remain on brand
What do you like best about the product?
I love that our content team has uploaded our language into the tool so I can remain on brand AND dramatically correct.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I can think of is that I'd love it to turn on in docs that I don't own - I am constantly working in shared drives.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving for our language to be consistent and it makes me feel less concerned about potential errors when writing.

It is so easy to use and to integrate into your daily job activities. I use it all the time, anywhere and anytime I need it is showing suggestions and reviewing my texts, no matter how basic or complex they are. I also love that it shows the tone of my message, allowing me to look more professional, fun, expert, or engaging, depending on the situation.

Honestly, I can't think of any... It covers all my needs

It corrects my misspellings and grammar errors, making my communication more professional and assertive.
Good tool, although can recommend unusual sentences
What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly allows me to quickly address mistakes, typos, or other oddities in emails and documents. It's easy to implement, manage a team, and integrate into daily use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some suggestions do not end up having the same meaning as the original sentence. Other times, suggestions may make a sentence sound robotic or abnormal. My belief is that the suggestions are only looking at individual sentences or a fragment of a sentence, as opposed to looking at the whole text.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly has helped many of our users perform a review of their text for typos and tone before sending an email or sharing a document.

I love how Grammarly helps to rephrase statements in emails to sound more confident or friendly, for example.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are times it doesn't know what I am trying to suggest but just be careful to not take those suggestions.

It helps me communicate directly with those I email.
