Great for remote teams
What do you like best about the product?
We can set brand tones to ensure that communication with clients are consistent across the team. It has reduced errors in our messages and gives the team greater confidence when writing out complex emails.

What do you like best about the product?
Customer support was responsive.
I use it daily at work as a Chrome extension, so it is easy to use.

What do you dislike about the product?
You can let Grammarly generate text by AI. However, that generated text is not grammatically correct, so you must let it fix it. It would be much better if Grammarly could generate text without issues the right way in the first place.
The Czech language is not supported.
You cannot use it for desktop applications like Slack, at least on Linux OS.
The price is kind of high for personal use, considering the fact that AI tools are everywhere and they provide similar features for free.

I am not a native English speaker, so I use Grammarly to check my spelling.
Timely Reminders to Avoid Careless Errors
What do you like best about the product?
I find the suggestions for concise language usage very helpful. Spell check is always my friend, as my typing skills are not the best. I appreciate the fact that I can use it while not being a totally proficient techie.
What do you dislike about the product?
When Grammarly doesn't recognize the repeated use of terms/acronyms that are common in my workplace, it can be bothersome to hit the ignore button repeatedly. I also struggle when some of my correspondence requires British spelling while others require an American version. I would love a way to toggle from one to the other.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly allows me to avoid careless errors when I am in a hurry. I appreciate the suggestions for formatting documents and forms. The corrections for conciseness are always helpful.
Grammarly is golden
What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly makes all business communication professional and precise. It cleans up my writing, but without being dictatorial about it. I am becoming a better writer because I am learning from Grammarly. It is a service and a teacher in one. I wish I could have Grammarly turned on on every platform or app where I write every day. Right now, I run it in my browser and Google Suite products, as well as Slack and Keynote. I can't imagine writing without it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, the Grammarly buttons cover other controls that I need to use. I've noticed this in Slack, especially. I wish Grammarly could run in Figma! So, so much.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am a second-language English speaker. Grammarly makes my writing sound like I'm a first-language English speaker, and running it means that I don't have to worry about my grammar, choice of words, or tone of voice.

It watches my back and corrects most of my typos and grammar errors.

It's not optimized for some UIs (e.g. Confluence), and sometimes it doesn't trigger.

Grammarly is a tool that simplifies the process of editing and spellchecking on any window. It helps in making minor changes and ensures that your text is free from any spelling and grammar errors.

Grammarly allows you to set up custom rules, but it doesn’t support rules like AP style formatting.

Grammarly is slow to use. The program takes a long time to load and often has inconsistencies with the execution of changes to the content.

What do you like best about the product?
It helps me write work emails, business reports, and even text messages. I have more confidence in all my writing, and Grammarly is one productive tool I cannot live without each day. As a team, we subscribed for a Business membership, which is well worth the investment. Keep up all your great work.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike and often bothers me about is that Grammarly often suggests a new correction after I have already edited the sentence with the first proposal. If I change it again with the second correction, Grammarly will suggest the first correction again. And so it goes back and forth between two different suggestions, which is often confusing. I know both are correct, but going between two options makes it more difficult to decide which one works better. I hope this feedback is understandable.
