What do you like best about the product?
The best part of Grammarly is not just the English language fixes that it can make but also does more things like show the tone of the entire text in the form of an emoji. It helps me to keep things in check and change the tone based on Grammarly's understanding.

That the one is automatically taken to fixed as formal all the time

Grammerly is an easy plug-in. Easy to install and use. But most importantly, it is effective and does the job it is meant for, that is to improve language and grammar.
What do you dislike about the product?
It crashes quite often. Which is the only side of Grammarly I can see.

Grammarly has helped me write better with selective tones. It also helps me analyze my content at my fingertips. As a content writer, Grammarly is quite helpful, especially for proofreading purposes.

The extension is really helpful, I mainly use it to detect typos and that has been done well so far.

Suggests certain errors which aren't errors, I think it needs to be more personalized to the usage and if not that, customized to colloquial/formal conversation specific to the region.

Detect minor errors, not often doubling up as a grammar checker too.

One disappointment is the discontinuation of the Grammarly Desktop Editor, which previously played a significant role in our workflow. We used it regularly to store templates, which greatly improved our team's efficiency and ease of implementation. The floating "G" icon can also be disruptive, sometimes getting in the way while we work. Though the browser extension is manageable, ease of integration has been affected by issues like formatting inconsistencies when copying and pasting into Apple Mail. This can require additional edits, which diminishes the frequency of its use for certain tasks. These challenges, while manageable, impact the overall ease of use and the seamless experience we once enjoyed.
