What do you like best about the product?
Gives me confidence my grammar is correct.
My English is not great even though I am an English-speaking person.
Previously I was always nervous and felt incompetent.
Grammarly has changed my work life.
I use it daily. I have it on my phone home email work email my children use it.
It's so easy to use.
I have implemented it in every area of my life.
It easily integrates will everything you do on any electronic device.
I have had problems so have never had to call customer support.

This is the best tool to review your grammar and spelling.
It improves your writing skills by constantly highlighting the common errors, so with the passing of time, you commit fewer errors.
It is your right hand when you have to write formal documents or emails.
It is very easy to implement, use and integrate in your daily basis work.

What do you dislike about the product?
So far, I don´t have any complaints or anything I dislike about the tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It cleans all the spelling and grammar errors in my emails and files. It is an excellent tool, that makes my work easier and also helps to improve my spelling and grammar skills.
It helps our content writers to deliver more efficiently

The AI feature. It helps to detect the AI writing and human writing. Also the scoring is also helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
The price is high for the SMB. As a small business, the cost has a direct impact on our user pricing. So, it will be very helpful for our customers if the pricing is lower.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We want to achieve more efficiency for our Content writing team and they are using day in and day out to achieve that.

Grammarly not only catches those annoying typos or grammar faux pas, it also helps me write more clearly and concisely.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some times you can go down the rabbit hole of overly checking what's been written based on the suggestions!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Picks up typos and grammar issues when I am in a rush, gives me peace of mind to know that my emails and docs have a layer of proof reading.

I can use my mind to construct the message with support for punctuation, spelling, clarity suggestions, overall improvement and AI suggestions.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would prefer if it auto-signed each day on the browser, however appreciate the rules behind needing to sign in when I've been away or closed internet access.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammar, punctuation, clarity, spelling (typing) errors. Developing ideas. The volume of written communication is intense every day. The tone is essential and needs to be constantly monitored. Grammarly provides emoji feedback on the tone of my writing. I find this tremendously supportive. As you can see, I'm a keep it short.

applicable in different platforms, easy to use, automatic.

a bit slow, sometime changing the whole concept of the sentence

It's easy to use, help with small grammatical mistakes, and sometimes I use it to change a sentence to be more professional.
A great way to correct grammatical nuances!
What do you like best about the product?
I like how Grammarly can restructure my sentences to convey my desired tone. I find myself adding in a ton of filler words, and all the suggestions filter in, it's super easy to fix; all I have to do is hover over the suggestion and click it, and it will automatically reformat the sentence for me. Clicking on the little light bulb next to my text lets me rewrite the tone or alter the text I wrote so that I can get my message across clearer and more concisely. I use Grammarly in my everyday work when writing out comments on software fixes. I also like how I can turn off Grammarly easily if I don't want to use it with a particular application.
What do you dislike about the product?
One of the downsides is that I tend to write a lot of code inside of the comments I am writing as well. Many suggestions pop up for code class names or other strings/characters. I like that I can add definitions, but usually, I don't need that for each code class name. That is one of my only stipulations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I write a lot of filler words in my sentences that can be taken out altogether. Grammarly is able to recognize those and make my sentences shorter and more concise while keeping the feel of what I was writing. Sometimes what I need is a tone of confidence or persuasiveness, and I can easily refactor my text using Grammarly to do that.

No complaints. It has always worked well.

Identifies tone, simplifies grammar and corrects spelling and punctuation.

It gives you other perspectives when writing, providing insights on your tone or writing suggestions that are clearer.

Predictive text, which is a feature incorporated even in other programs or devices, may be helpful sometimes but can also be distracting.

Grammarly helps us communicate easier with partners. It allows us to rethink what we've written and send emails or responses appropriate for the situation.
