The best writing AI out there
What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly has made my writing seamless and efficient. I do not need to think of how to structure my writing. All I needed to do was to scramble my writing and use Grammarly to improve it, and it would turn out a well-structured text.
What do you dislike about the product?
The facts that sometimes improved text use to disappear on keyboard.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping writing more efficient and accurate.
Smoothing Out Editing Workflow
What do you like best about the product?
As an editor of multiple articles a day, I am grateful for the snippets function that allows me to insert repeated credits for various authors from different sites. I also appreciate the instant highlighting and ability to correct grammatical and spelling errors with the click of a mouse.

What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really. It suits my daily editing needs!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly helps me to edit multiple articles a day, taking much of the mental load off a repetitive task (especially helpful for writers that keep making the same mistakes).
Useful in all apps, with choices on accepting changes.
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use and works in all of my programs including Tableau. Downloads are easy to install and implement. I use it frequently and like the feature that allow users to accept or reject changes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it misses on technical phrasing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Annotating Tableau public postings and writing for emails, reports, and text messages.

Nothing, to me, is all good. May be not showing all mistakes sometimes.

It helps me so much in writing scientific and technical papers.

What do you like best about the product?
I LOVE the AI rewrite and the option to make content match brand voice. It has been a game changer for me as copywriting has always taken me forever. I am way more confident in my ability to do my job. I love that they gave our non-profit a free license until April, but I wish it went longer than that. I use Grammarly every day, and it's super easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have an Android, so I have a work and personal profile. Grammarly doesn't work properly on my phone because of this. I also don't like that the non-profit deal will be gone after April. It has been a must-use for our organization, and it will be another line item for which we have to try to scrap donations. Grammarly also doesn't play well with Canva, which is touch because Canva doesn't spell check very well at all.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly is helping our non-profit sound more authoritative and professional. We used to have a slew of typos and grammar issues, and now we are more ready to go to market using Grammarly for all content.
Makes good business sense
What do you like best about the product?
My favourite thing about Grammarly is the tone feature. You can assign a tone that fits your company values and before you send an email, it will tell you if your tone is off brand.
What do you dislike about the product?
Anything i put in quotes should not be corrected.

we have a number of people who are ESL and it helps a great deal with their tenses and spelling.

What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike one feature where the correction sits across the entire sentence, not allowing me to edit the sentence and assess if I like the sound of it. It actually covers the sentence. The only way to proceed is to dismiss the suggestion. I want to be able to compare suggestion Vs what I am thinking and amending.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me clean up my text as I write.
It also enables me to choose options with better ways to say something more effectively.
I will be exploring AI writing with Grammarly given I currently use Gemini on a separate browser window, which can get annoying at times.

What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly is exceptionally user-friendly. The ease of implementation is unprecedented.
Within minutes of uploading your document, Grammarly begins automatically scanning it for grammatical errors, more efficient ways to communicate thoughts, and optimal alternative word selections. The weekly analytics and insights are most insightful, too, for comparing mastery, vocabulary, and productivity against other Grammarly users. I'm proud to say that while I consider myself to be exceptional with written communication, I use Grammarly every day to cross-check work assignments, technical writing pieces, text communication on my phone, and email communication just to ensure I've not captured anything incorrectly.

Grammarly is not always 100% accurate. You still have to have some human smarts when evaluating whether to accept Grammarly suggestions - but it's still an outstanding tool!!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a technical writer for K-12 educational improvement in literacy and mathematics, it looks substandard when proposals and other written communication are not of the highest quality. Our clientele includes school superintendents, education boards, teachers, administrative leadership teams, etc. When written proposals are free from grammatical errors and the writing quality is superlative, it adds credibility in the education arena.

Spelling! It also helps me sound more professional.

What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly helps us stick with our brand voice, communicate accurately, and eliminate a lot of the "fluff" that sometimes comes in the first draft of our content. Especially in social media responses, we want to ensure our message is coming across and the reader doesn't get bogged down in adjectives that just aren't the right word. Keeps things fresh and offers suggestions for wordiness or points out when something could be a confusing sentence. We don't always change our sentences to the suggestion, but it is refreshing to be reminded.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are times when going through the suggestions that the forward button/submit request gets clicked on its own/is overly sensitive to keystrokes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly is helping us to concentrate on communicating clearly to our customers. The AI and plagiarism checker are good features. Still, the proofreading reminders and suggestions for re-writing long or confusing sentences have made our content and customer responses more accurate and exact.
