Somewhat annoying at times
What do you like best about the product?
Paraphasing suggetions can be useful but sometimes the suggestions doesn't make sense

Cannot accept all suggestions at once. And cannot understand special words .

It doesn't really help me but I am mandated to ensure there are no grammarly errors before
Combine with AI to level up your communication skills
What do you like best about the product?
As a non-profit charity, it's been easy to implement Grammarly into our organisation. We're able to add it into different areas using the browser extensions and office extensions, and that's been great. The organisational rules that can be set up are pretty neat but we've under utilised this right now.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the business rules are a bit confusing to adjust but following the help guides, it can usually be fixed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly is a much better proof reader than in-built Office functions. I've also been teaching staff how to use GPT for generating documents and then Grammarly to make them sound more natural and in-line with our organisations communication style.

What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly is so easy to use and is versatile across a variety of platforms. Whether I'm on Google Docs or Slack, Grammarly has my back.
What do you dislike about the product?
Grammarly and I don't always see eye to eye, like how I use the Oxford comma and they politely tell me to get rid of it. Never, Grammarly. NEVERRRR.

Need to write faster so it saves me a lot of editing time.

What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to use and cuts down on creating sentences that are too wordy. It also helps with spelling. I use it every day, and like that I don't have to open it to use it; it is already incorporated into Word and Google Docs.
What do you dislike about the product?
I work in the environmental business, and some suggestions can be incorrect. It is not that big of a deal, as I can always ignore them.

Provides a better way of writing, helping to create better work products

It is very handy - gives you peace of mind everytime you write something up!

Sometimes, Grammarly icon will disappear, I will need to click the icon back again to use it.

Being in customer operations, it is essential that customers receive the utmost service by having or receiving correct information with perfect grammar. it gives our business that A+ status.
Still the best companion for a writer

They have nailed the CX, balancing ease of use and a powerful set of tools.
More importantly, the quality of the copy is best-in-class. Compared to all of the alternatives we have seen since AI has taken over the world, so to speak, Grammerly remains my favorite choice.

What do you dislike about the product?
There's an icon that follows you around, so to speak, across all the apps you use. It's useful - it brings Grammerly functionality to whatever you're doing. But it always seems to get in the way - I often have to drag it aside a little.

Apart from checking grammer and typos, I use is to simplify what I write.
Easy to use, helpful for editing
What do you like best about the product?
Restructuring sentences is a wonderful tool when I'm copy-editing submissions. Love its learning capabilities with brand tone and exclusion words.
What do you dislike about the product?
Find the app sometimes clunky/slow to load on Google Docs which means I'll need to go back and re-check that it has picked up the paragraphs I have moved on from.

I edit and distribute high volumes of operational content. Grammarly helps me catch mistakes from others before I begin making my edits.

What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly allows me to set brand voice, acceptable spellings, and other editing details in communication. I can help all of our marketing folxs use consistent brand voice/details. I love that it works across people's preferred browsers, phones, and other connective devices.
What do you dislike about the product?
The in-browser widget works well, but if it is getting in the way of a website's usability, it is hard to turn it off without turning off the who extension.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have several folx creating copy from together and miles apart. Grammarly helps us ensure everyone's communications are brand-conscious and relevant. It ensures we are all using the same language, the same spellings, and the same voice.
AI features are great for when you are in a rush
What do you like best about the product?
The new AI function helps me a lot. I can use it to improve copy when I am in a rush. I put down my key points, and it will magically create a paragraph I can use.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside is when I am reviewing really technical work. I have to work harder to understand what Grammarly is suggesting, as it doesn't always make sense in the context of complex engineering reports.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me finetune my work, ensuring all my work, including uni assignments, are spell-checked and proofed, even suggesting better ways to write my sentences, which sometimes reduces my wordcount. Very important when I have a strict word limit on my assignments.

What do you like best about the product?
the tool is easy to use and integrates well into all programs. As someone who is more technically minded, punctuation & grammar have always been a weak area for me. I use the tool every day and it has enabled me and helps me every day to correct that weakness. installing the program is easy and quick. on the occasions when I have contacted Grammarly, they have been accommodating.
What do you dislike about the product?
sometimes when it suggests an edit and you accept it, it will rescan and then suggest another edit. it doesn't happen often though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
not so much business problems, but more enabling me to overcome a weakness. we have also rolled out the app to staff who have had issues with written text and for one member of staff it has been a complete game changer for them.
