Helpful for Small Marketing Team
What do you like best about the product?
The team account is surprisingly customizable — I love that I can set style guide and brand guidelines! It was super easy to set up for our small, nonprofit marketing team, and we really like how it can be integrated with Microsoft Office products. Most of us use Grammarly every day! I've found the AI tool to be helpful with reflow of sentences.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have the Oxford comma setting turned off, but it always suggests adding it when writing. Sometimes the suggestions are incorrect, for example we don't use periods with acronyms most of the time, but we do for U.S., so it is always flagged.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly improves our team's use of the style guide so that editing is less time intensive.

What do you like best about the product?
I can send emails now with confidence! I let Grammarly teach me how to say and spell different words correctly. It makes life so much easier!!!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, it does change words that don't need to be changed. Or it doesn't make sense. But I do re-read everything when I am done to make sure it is right!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping me spell everything correctly and use the right punctuation on the right words.

What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly's suggestions are easy and intuitive to use in modifying any out-of-place words, phrases, and punctuation. This makes communication with clients and other personnel a breeze.

Suggestions can sometimes feel out-of-place given the context of the email.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miscommunication and proofreading issues with clients. Grammarly is helping keep our emails to a professional level at all times.
A Useful Tool!
What do you like best about the product?
I love that Grammarly is looking out for more than spelling and typos. It gives me some peace of mind as I'm writing and working (I'm in content and marketing) that I'm not missing small grammatical, punctuation, or even tonal issues. I can see Grammarly's suggestions and then go through when my own editing eye—it definitely saves some time!
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no major complaints! Simply be sure to always check that its suggestions are correct for you and the context of the work.

Saves me time and energy in proofreading and editing.

What do you like best about the product?
The way it suggests how to improve a text or even the genAI to propose new ways of communicating something.

Sometimes it's quite a challenge to keep everything in sight with the pop-up

As a non-native English speaker, it solves the problem of using the wrong communication style with clients via email or chat.

It just hangs around your screen and discreetly offers you suggestions on how to improve your communication.

The license is a bit expensive and has limited users allowed.

Grammarly is helping me avoid bad grammar and spelling mistakes. It makes me appear more eloquent and easier to understand.

I never know where I should put commas! Grammarly fixes that every time. It also helps me be a better, more succinct writer.

The little green floating thing - it hovers in the most inconvenient places. I need to figure out how to turn it off.

Mostly sentence structure, but also spelling and when I was studying, plagiarism-checking was really helpful

Grammarly is a valuable tool for ensuring all copy that I create for my job is up to snuff. It easily integrates with a variety of tools.

Sometimes the suggestions go against my style guidelines, but I chose to ignore.

Grammarly helps check articles in our guest posting program for plagiarism. It also helps quickly with enhancing the quality of writing.
