Social Media Marketing Coordinator
What do you like best about the product?
It helps me proofread all my posts, articles, or other pieces of content before posting so I don't miss a thing! Plus, it makes it clear and understandable for my audience. I've used it every day since I signed up and the process is incredibly easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downside of using Grammarly specifically for social is that it doesn't understand all the "slang" or company names used and it's going through those suggestions takes a couple of seconds so it's not a dealbreaker.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It saves me so much time and alerts me of anything I've missed or misspelled, making my job easier and faster.
The gold standard for grammar help
What do you like best about the product?
It's intuitive to use. Nothing quite beats it. It has also continuously added features that will help me remain a customer. The free tier is wonderful, but my workplace provides the pro version, which is very helpful. It mostly follows my preferences which makes writing so much easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were more control over which suggestions I don't want. Some suggestions take away the idiosyncrasies of my writing, which I think makes it sound more like me (and less like AI).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It just makes it easy to make my writing better. A lot less stress and saves time in editing.
Great tool for EFL/ESL and even native English writers
What do you like best about the product?
Succinctly correct, easy to use, user-friendly interface. With the integration with web browsers and generative AI features, it's a superior tool to use in writing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Need to use the pay version for a more comprehensive review. With OpenAI's API, there are many good tools on the market, such as EditGPT.

Improve the flow, organization, and word choices.
Grammarly Helps
What do you like best about the product?
I love how Grammarly cleans up my thoughts into well-worded sentences. It is convenient and helps me project the tone I am searching for. I usually do a thorough review before sending emails using Grammarly to make sure I'm projecting the correct tone.
What do you dislike about the product?
Grammarly is sometimes a little overzealous and tries too hard.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly helps me with projecting correctly in my emails and letters.
Overall Helpful but Annoying at Times
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it points out ways to improve sentence structure or rephrase things. It catches common mistakes and spelling/grammer errors and makes it easy to fix them.
What do you dislike about the product?
The grammerly icon sometimes covers important buttons on the screen and can be annoying to move. While the feature to update all errors in a sentence is helpful at times, sometimes I do not want to accept one of the suggestions but have to if I want to accept the other. Some of the phrases Grammerly tries to correct I don't want corrected for my line of work and my organization is not able to update the app to stop correcting these phrases.

It catches common errors and even suggests better ways to phrase sentences to sound more friendly, professional, direct etc.

Easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
It's intuitive and easy to use for even the most technically challenged folks. We use it consistently to ensure a proper response to our customers. It also means not having to hire people based on expert grammar knowledge and being able to use it as a supportive tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
More specific features take time to set up; I wish it would just add it to our dictionary so we didn't have to click to login and then add.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to quickly write a response and not have to worry about being perfect - when we have Grammarly to help make it perfect.

What do you like best about the product?
When typing fast and responding to files and emails, Grammarly helps catch my mistakes and has good suggestions if I word a sentence differently. I like the extra support, especially on more important files.
What do you dislike about the product?
The location of the Grammarly button sometimes feels like it is hiding from me. Some of the rephrase suggestions can be off as well, but overall good!
