Grammarly removes stress from important work emials with live suggestions to make email more profressional

It is so easy to use, it has a predictive tone from my company, and for myself, it's intuitive, I use it all the time for casual or formal communication. That way, I can be sure that the message I want or need to pass will be done in the best way so it can be fully understood.
What do you dislike about the product?
somehting the AI crashes and I need to rewrite the whole idea or petition again.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Improving internal communication is vital for our company, which has many nationalities and primary languages. Having a tool that can enhance both internal and external communication is very useful and completes the process.

There is not much difference between the premium and fee versions. I wish there were more features for the pay version.

Using Grammarly is very useful and stress relieving. makes sending emails easier and with more confidence. The integration with the add-on is seamless. same goes for the implementation. very intuitive. I never used customer support, because I didn't need any. I use it daily.

The AI integration isn't very good. Most of the time it changes my intention completely.

I find the product really helps me improve my communication and improves my writing speed.

I like the ability to quickly put together a great letter or report without spelling errors and with a solid writing style.

The floating G often positions itself over the text I'm working on or looking at.

Grammarly helps me succinctly communicate my ideas. I often reverse the order of words in a sentence.

What do you like best about the product?
I love using Grammarly. I have never been the best at spelling. Grammarly has helped me rephrase my sentences and spell-check my work effectively. For a job that requires me to type all day, it has improved my writing style. It integrates well with my chat and browser software with ease. It was very easy to download and use. It is part of my daily routine.
What do you dislike about the product?
As with most programs, Grammarly does not always know what I am trying to say and will suggest the wrong things. However, you can always dismiss the suggestion and do not have to use it.

Grammarly has helped me sound clearer to my customers when helping them with support for my business.

What do you like best about the product?
I draft a lot of emails. Grammarly helps ease any concerns I have about any grammar issues I might miss. It also highlights different ways to restructure a sentence if it doesn't read clearly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, I have issues with the pop-up window in email. The suggested changes do not always show as underlined in the message, so it can be confusing when trying to see which recommended changes go where.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am sending out mass amounts of emails and usually do so fairly quickly. On a busy day, I can easily send over 100 messages. Not having to think as hard about grammar or particular wording (since Grammarly does it for me) has made my work more efficient and professional

I love how I can have access to unlimited boards. I keep responses and templates for various communications, which speeds up my productivity while allowing me to tweak them as my needs change.

There is difficulty in adding special vocabulary that requires me to decline or go back and adjust certain words that I need to keep. (Consult rather than Consultation)

I am a terrible speller, and I like the suggestions for rewording things I want to say. I can benefit from using this when speaking with clients, co-workers, and business associates to maintain a professional demeanor while not appearing too stiff and formal.
