Very good
What do you like best about the product?
I find it helpful to generate ideas for content or code for websites. Its also helpful for fixing spelling and grammar issues. If i am having a writing block i use AI to help e get ideas on how to get an idea to website ready. It also helpful for decising what emojis to put where in a social post and at generating engaging Hashtags

Nothing, i find grammarly easy to use and has a number of useful features.

Useful tool even if you are already have good writing skills
What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly provides helpful prompts to pick up common errors especially when you are writing under time pressure. It speeds up the review and checking process to give you more confidence when pressing send.
It is also a really usefull tool to help prompt you to consider the tone or clarity of your message. You might not always agree with the suggested edits but the process of considering your writing ensures that you have been deliberate about your message.

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes Grammarly can feel a bit intrusive and it can take a bit of time to get used to your writing being reviewed in real time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I mainly use Grammarly to ensure that my writing is clear and concise.
A must-have tool to enhance productivity and to avoid small to gross mistakes when writting.

The ability to correct the syntax of a paragraph, plus give insight into what is grammatically correct and at the same time to simplify the expression of an idea or thought.

The lack of the intelligence to correct two languages in the same paragraph.

Grammarly has helped solve certain issues of incorrect expression and misuse of information while also helping us avoid plagiarism.

The price point is high. It might be okay for organisations but higher for individual plans

I don't have to think while I am writing. I rely on Grammarly to suggest auto-corrections
Grammarly makes business writing more efficient
What do you like best about the product?
As someone who has much to do and little time, I'm prone to typos, missing words, or grammatical errors. Grammarly helps me catch those mistakes so our organization looks more professional.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have noticed the Grammarly plug-in causes some sites to run slow. I also don't like the keyboard function on my iPhone. It doesn't type as smoothly as the built-in keyboard. However, I do often switch keyboards after typing something out to check for errors, which is useful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly helps me catch missing words, typos, and grammatical mistakes. This helps our organization look more professional and also expedites my writing process since I don't spend as much time editing as before.
Helpful and intuitive software
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to set brand tones and guidelines is really helpful, and goes far beyond simple grammar correction. Overall it's intuitive and easy to set up.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside about Grammarly that I've been able to recognize is the cost for a business account. It's not exorbitant per se, but my guess is that only some users will take full advantage of it, but there are many users who will make occasional use of it, so it's a not insignificant expense.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly is helping folks with frequent grammatical errors, folks who write emails that can inadvertently come off as harsh or cold, and folks who write overly informal emails to customers
Grammarly is much better than your standard spell checker.
What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly helps me see past some of the very wordy business phrases in my company's writing. I respond to RFPs and work with many people to write content. My job is to edit all that content and ensure it's consistent and grammatically accurate. Grammarly helps reduce wordiness, which is a huge help when editing large documents.

What do you dislike about the product?
Grammarly points out split infinitives and sentences that end with a preposition. Neither of those is technically incorrect in English, so I must ignore those suggestions.
Sometimes, the widget doesn't appear when I'm writing or editing a document, and I can't figure out why.

Grammarly helps make sure I don't miss anything in my edits. I catch most things, but there are times when a rewrite is necessary, and Grammarly helps point those out.

What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly is my go-to writing tool, helping me maintain tone and clarity in my messages every day. Its AI assistant suggests wording when I'm stuck, making my writing process more efficient and effective. It's an invaluable tool for improving my communication skills effortlessly.

The only drawback I've encountered with Grammarly is that its icon occasionally covers up buttons on the screen, making it difficult to click them.
