What do you like best about the product?
I love how grammarly allows me to write memos, briefs, motions, and emails with ease. It shows me what areas of a sentence may need improvement, or even if the tone could be more confident! Love this service.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it were easier to dismiss notifications of a suggestion within a writing sample so it stays away. They often come back even after you dismiss.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly helps me solve writer's block and mistakes from typing too fast. This helps me come across more professional within my practice.

What do you like best about the product?
I can tend to get wordy and Grammarly makes suggestions to help me make my point more concisely, overall upping my communication game! I also love the weekly reports telling me what my problem areas are and showing me what tones I use in my communication.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times, the widget gets in the way on my screen and it's annoying to have to move it when I'm in the zone writing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly has shown me that I have areas to improve in my writing. By seeing the suggestions in Grammarly, I'm able to relearn how to correctly use commas and break some other bad habits I've gotten into over time.

What do you like best about the product?
New ideas and better phrasing - it's great for fine tuning things like titles and blurbs because it keeps the text concise and offers ideas to get the point across briefly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I don't agree with some of the changes it makes - sometimes they sound like AI rather than the natural flow of human speech. But I have learnt when to ignore it and when to utilise it

What do you like best about the product?
My org provided grammarly to all employees around the beginning of Q4-2023. I immediately adopted it and found its suggestions for tighter sentence construction immensely helpful. I also love the suggestions of tone and how it corrects most of my typos and grammatical lapses.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't sensed that Granmarly is learning my style. Writing is as much art as it is rules-based. I have particularly idiosyncrasies in my style that I don't think Grammarly can learn.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Standardize writing across the organization. Provide additional resource for reviewing/checking writing.

What do you like best about the product?
I type fast and often mistakenly hit extra keys. Grammarly easily catches all of that and saves me the embarassment of typos. I also like the suggestions for rephrasing sentences. I use their suggestions about half of the time.
What do you dislike about the product?
When texting or sending informal emails, it becomes a little convoluted, red-flagging everything.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest issue it helps with is catching typos.

Using Grammarly as a copilot on writing

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Grammarly helps us in learning without even noticing. It also helps us with some common mistakes for someone who has to write in another language (mostly when we invert the order of the sentence). Also it's so easily embedded in any site that we barely notice it's there
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it keeps suggesting tone changes when I need to have the exact tone I've written the sentence in.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving some sentence formations and spelling issues. This is benefiting me because I have better written English and also have speed in writing whats is needed.

We use snippets to quickly have access to a number of templates. It helps us as we know that we good professional templates which we can use anywhere. It also helps us to improve messages and emails across different software especially you are repeating the same message again and again.

What do you like best about the product?
I am a highly competitive person, so I like that the stats it sends about how I am doing on a weekly basis. I also like to see what the tone of my emails is on a weekly basis.
What do you dislike about the product?
I work in the legal field. The program's insistence that I put a "the" in front of Petitioner or Respondent is vexing. Especially when you take into consideration that this counts against me in my overall error score (remember, I am a competitive person; did I mention that? LOL) In my field, we use Petitioner instead of the party's name. For example, I would not say, "This office represents the Steve." I would say, "This office represents Petitioner." Leaving out the article is my number one error message. That and my comma usage, or lack thereof, but that is my cross to bear. - Thanks for listening! :)
