What do you like best about the product?
People may think this tool can involve our laziness, but that's not true. Even my English speaking has improved since I'm using this to interact with our customers during daily customner support interaction. It's an easy tool to use!
What do you dislike about the product?
In my opinion, there are no missing features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My native language is French. I use Grammarly to improve my English writing and give our customers high-quality answers.
Grammarly works across all apps without having to ask for it...
What do you like best about the product?
The fact that once correctly installed, Grammarly is always on and providing suggestions. It doesn't matter if I am filling out a web form, writing in MS Word, responding to an e-mail in Outlook or responding to a question via MS Teams or Webex chat. Grammarly is ever present!
What do you dislike about the product?
It sometimes gets wonky when editing long content word docs, a simple refresh usually solves it.

Fixing quick writing and issues that come from it

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy Grammarly because it catches the most minor mistakes that even readers might not have noticed. I appreciate the multiple suggestions it uses to enhance my emails in the office and the novels that I write! I use it every day in the office.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wouldn't say there are any downsides to Grammarly, only that you do have to pay for more features if you want them. I use the first level of Grammarly, not premium, but it works best for me!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is a tool for solving vocabulary problems and enhancing our work life to be more professional. As a top law firm in North Carolina, we want to sound as professional as possible while exemplifying empathy to our clients!

Grammarly - My Favorite Assistant
What do you like best about the product?
As a Customer Service Agent in a primary email queue, the upside of using the Grammarly app is that I can draft my replies and count on it to take care of spelling, punctuation, and style mistakes.
I also rely on it for providing suggestions and corrections to enhance clarity and vocabulary.

None. I use it everyday and there's nothing I dislike.

Less time editing allows me to focus on answering more customers.
Email Efficiency
What do you like best about the product?
I find Grammarly most helpful in email communications. The benefits of Grammarly are the ease of use, being reassured that most and typically all typos or incongruent phrases are caught prior to sharing with my team or clients. I find that knowing Grammarly is reviewing what I am writing, I tend to complete my email communications quicker and my writing is more succinct. Once I downloaded and implemented Grammarly into my workflow it was seamless, I didn't notice any level of learning curve nor need to reach out to customer service at any point.
What do you dislike about the product?
I only have two minor dislikes so far with using Grammarly. One, Grammarly and my built-in autocorrect on my laptop sometimes conflict with each other, which leads to a lot of red-highlighter overlay to the point that I cannot read the sentence when I hover my mouse over it. Two, the Grammarly green icon is sometimes in the way of my writing or movements within the page and doesn't always move where I drag it. It instead snaps back to the position I do not want it in. It takes a few more attempts, but eventually, it moves so I can continue my work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly is improving the efficiency of my business communications, mainly through email. This provides me with more time to focus on internal projects and ideation time for future quarters.
Grammarly Puts the Pro in Professional
What do you like best about the product?
I love how Grammarly integrates with Office 365 and Chrome. I tend to work really fast and Grammarly alerts to me to both spelling and grammatical errors that I may not always catch.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not seen any downsides to Grammarly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Grammarly for work and personal reasons, and I have purchased it for everyone in my office. It has helped our employees tremendously with their professionalism in their written communications. It just helped me correct the errors I made in the first sentence of this response!
