suggestions, ease of use, number of features, frequency of use is good

It's user-friendliness. The suggestions are also usually in detail, which helps my writng beyond grammarly itself.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some suggestions can be hyper-sensitive. It may help to have a sensitivity setting or something to that effect. It can be annoying when grammarly flags something that isn't really an error
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No specific business problems. I use grammarly to proofread my emails and documents. I write a lot and it can be arduous to go over everything, so grammarly makes that writing process more efficient.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that Grammarly is always running on the applications I use the most: Google Docs, Slides, Microsoft Word, and Outlook. It is reviewing word choice, cleaning up grammar and punctuation mistakes, and keeping track of the tone of my writing. It is easy to use since it is constantly running in the background.
The Grammarly site is also easy to use if there is something that I need to copy and paste to check. This is an app that has made my productivity better, and I use it with every piece of writing that I do.

What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside to using Grammarly is that you may notice that you make the same mistakes repeatedly.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My top issue in the report that Grammarly sends each week is the use of commas. With Grammarly, these issues are picked up. It makes me look better as a writer and keeps my ideas clear and consistent.

Easy to use, often handy. Could use more flexibility.
What do you like best about the product?
Simple implementation. Quick, easy to use tips for making minor improvements to writing and modifying the language to convey different styles (formal, informal, etc.). I enjoy hearing how I compare to other users.
What do you dislike about the product?
Suggestions come in bulk, so if I don't like one them, I can't select which changes to make and decline others. Also wish I could identify certain apps as less formal so it knows not to current my punctuation/missing articles, etc.

I really love the customization Grammarly offers! I'm able to maintain my brand's identity and values across the organization's communications. It's simple to integrate and even easier to use. It has helped our entire organization become stronger and clearer communicators.

The icon can sometimes get in the way, but you get used to it fairly quickly. For a less formal business, the suggestions can often be stuffy and stiff.

Communication is so important to our business. Having something seamless that helps our employees be stronger communicators with each other and with our clients has been really impactful.

Easy to integrate, easy to personalize, and easy to use. We use this team-wide and it's been really helpful to get content in good shape ahead of later editing stages.

Sometimes the little icon gets in the way of where I need to type/click on the screen.

I manage a team of writers so I use it as an additional layer of support to make sure I'm not missing any grammatical issues in their work.

It corrects whatever you're writing instantly and has an AI that allows you to change the tone of writing to whatever you need.

Sometimes it'd stuck and would not allow to review the grammar while using some webpages

I noticed that sometimes even though I am not in a bad mood the way I write makes it sound as if I was angry or in a bad mood. Grammarly has helped me to change this and avoid any misunderstandings.
