Good overall experience
What do you like best about the product?
I like it helps me write emails and messages to clients in the correct way, I use it every time to check on my grammar faults. as I am doing right now.
It's quick, easy to use, reliable, and can be implemented and integrated everywhere.
I haven't had the chance to use customer support, as there is nothin unclear about using it.

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it doesn't give you the best option so I try to find the proper way to write.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me send grammatically error-free messages and emails to my clients and professionals all over the internet
Our organization is more polished, professional and consistent in our communications.
What do you like best about the product?
The suggestions to narratives based on rules and tone set for our organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes if I'm in a large document that Grammarly doesn't particularly like (i.e. desktop procedures) the Word document will run a little slower.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My consistent use of the word "of" after the word all. As well as consistent tone.
Grammarly is amazing, as long as you have premium
What do you like best about the product?
I've used both Languagetool and Grammarly, and I would say that the premium version of Grammarly beats Languagetool. Its insanely quick, it learns how the pattern of how you write and for someone who didn't grow up speaking English, it helps me get my message across much easier to customers.
My favourite feature is absolutely when it helps me with the "tone" of the message. With it, I can make sure I'm understandable for customers, but not coming off as rude or impolite.

What do you dislike about the product?
The free version is a bit too limited. It's absolutely usable, but LT does provide more features for free. Grammarly has a much bigger user base and a more powerful AI, but both of those benefit you only when you have premium.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work in technical support, so I need to get technical information out to customers and at the same time come across as clear. As a non-native English speakers, Grammarly helps me excel there.
It has really helped me more efficient with emails and weekly team summaries

What I like most about grammerly is the improved text option with various options for improvement

When you accept an improvement, you cannot access what you originally wrote.

What do you like best about the product?
The upside of using Grammarly is that it does cause you to stop and think about what you have written. You have the option to change what you wrote as well as to accept it because that is what you wanted to say.
What do you dislike about the product?
I grew up with no comma before and in a series and therefore, it is hard to change it. I was surprised that it is forced with each character taking up valuable space in your writing. I am getting much better about it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have over all better writing from those who have the product installed.

What do you like best about the product?
That it can carry over all my devices, I have it set up on my computers and phone.

When using it as a browser extension I find it a little slower than I would like in my gmail to pick up mistakes,

The overall sanity checking of my work, it helps me to ensure my copy is to the highest quality,
Intuitive and efficient
What do you like best about the product?
It provides an easy to learn and efficient to use service to make our writing more concise and clear. It was fast implements and is something that we use all day every day. It seamlessly integrates into all of our applications and websites. I have not even needed to utilize customer support so I think that's a good sign.

It suggests too many hyphens and semicolons.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes all of our writing more consistently concise and clear. It also helps us to catch far more typos than even Microsoft Word.

It helps me write more professionally. As someone with Dyslexia, it gives me confidence that I have caught all the errors..
What do you dislike about the product?
At times Grammarly wants to change an entire sentence, but some of the technical information needs to remain. To change only part of teh suggestion, you need to make the changes manually in the document. Grammarly doesn't work well with 'track changes' it often tries to correct words that are correct. The Grammarly button can get in the way

It completely removes the impact of my dyslexia and makes me reread the sentence concentrating on how it will sound rather than what I wanted to say.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability and ease to correct spelling and even re-word sentences for clarity "on the go".
What do you dislike about the product?
The recommended corrections are not functional in some applications (inside Outlook, for example).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly helps me communicate clearer and correct typos that could be often overlooked. Since English isn't my first language, it's a fundamental tool to enhance my communication during day-to-day activities (emails, slack, text messages, etc.).

What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly made my career goals easier to accomplish. Since English is my second language, it was the best investment I made when I immigrated. Even after many years, it is still useful and I would not be able to live without it. For personal and professional work, I use it every day, and it integrates well with my browser and different devices, including Apple and Samsung.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I dislike about Grammarly.

My writing is more clear, concise, and professional when I use Grammarly.
