Not sure how I ever did without it
What do you like best about the product?
It is automatically checking (integrated) across many different programs. It is easy to accept or decline a change. Provides guidance about tone and company-specific language. Also, it is nice to read the Grammarly reports to see how my skills compare. It's been seamlessly and easily implemented across our company and has become our initial reviewer for all company communications, which takes a load off our comms team. To my knowledge, we haven't needed to contact Customer Support. I'm also considering Grammarly for my personal use, and I love the option of using it on my phone. I use it constantly.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's proofing before I'm done typing which is a bit distracting. Grammarly doesn't seem to work in my (Adobe Creative Suite) most used programs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our entire team has adopted Grammarly, improving the quality of our internal and external communications company-wide.
The Best Investment For Professional Communicators
What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly gives me the tools I need to review my writing and make it better. Better yet, Grammarly leaves me in the driver's seat, so I can either make the suggested change or keep my verbiage for a better human-to-human connection.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downsides are also part of what makes it so good. If I reload a page, I may have to approve phrasing it disagrees with again, but that dogged determination is also what ensures nothing is missed across sessions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly gives me the extra set of eyes I need to get past my internal "auto-correct" and spot issues before they make it to publication.

What do you like best about the product?
Using this tool saves me a considerable amount of time and effort, as it enables me to avoid seeking a colleague's assistance in reviewing and providing feedback on my emails, thus ensuring privacy. I rely on this tool heavily and use it regularly during every workday to enhance my productivity and efficiency.
What do you dislike about the product?
That I only have it on my work computer and not on my phone too as I can't afford to buy it for personal use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have been having difficulty matching the tone I intend to portray with the tone that actually comes across in my writing. However, since I started using Grammarly, I have been able to adjust the tone of my writing, which has helped me to write better. It has also given me greater insight into my writing, something which I have struggled to achieve with the help of teachers and training courses.
Makes my life easier
What do you like best about the product?
The Grammarly extension and the ai companion are great tools in seeing things I do not. The ai compainion is on all the time while the extension can be turned on and off.
What do you dislike about the product?
The extension and compainion conflict with each other quite a bit causing confusion at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When I can't think of what to write, when I want to get the right tone, and when I want to sound less wordy I use Grammarly.
Highly recommend for your company
What do you like best about the product?
I have to say that I've grown to love the second set of "eyes" on my correspondence. No more accidental typos or second-guessing my grammar. I feel it's been a HUGE improvement for our company as a whole.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not all of the suggestions work for our business, so you definitely want to review the suggestions before replacing any wording. Don't blindly allow Grammarly to run with all the suggestions. Sometimes, the amount of suggestions is overwhelming. I also don't love the fact that it doesn't want you to use the word 'just' even when it does fit in the context.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Spelling errors and poor grammar in our general correspondence are virtually non-existent. Which makes our company look better as a whole.

What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly is easy to start using. You just launch Grammarly and go. I've also been using it to help with my grammar and spelling for emails, which has been very helpful. I use it often, and it helps me consider how I'm crafting my writing.
What do you dislike about the product?
It could be seen as a bit intrusive as it needs a lot of access to private data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me feel more confident in the communications I'm sending and how it may be received by my reader.
Unique features for style and tone
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Grammarly provides suggestions to improve the overall style, tone, and clarity of the writing, making my writing more polished and professional. I haven't seen any other grammar tools incorporate this feature. The user interface is also intuitive so I can easily incoporate it across multiple writing platforms like google docs or Word.
What do you dislike about the product?
While the style and tone improvement features are helpful, sometimes they go a bit overboard. It feels like it's overly cautious in suggesting corrections, which can lead to changes that may not always improve my writing or may alter the intended meaning.

Consistency in style and tone across the organization.

What do you like best about the product?
that is crosses all the different software that we use so we are actually getting consistent use from it.
What do you dislike about the product?
When the pop-up gets in the way of work and won't move. Also, I wish there was an easier way to mute/unmute the notifications. Sometimes I don't want to see all the "red" while I'm typing, but I also want to easily be able to turn it back on.

Proofreading is very important for us with news articles and press releases so it is very vital to our job.

What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly allows our organization, from administrative assistants to leadership, improve their writing. It is easy to use and implement. You hardly notice it running, but is always there, working. It works in a number of crucial systems, from Microsoft to Google suites.
What do you dislike about the product?
Make sure that you remain signed into your Grammarly account. Also, at times, Grammarly suggests edits that are not contextually correct, so always pay attention.

Improving the writing of staff with low and high writing abilities.
