From Thoughts To Well Written Phrases
What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly is a great app to help me sound more professional. I can write my ideas in terms that sound natural to me, Grammarly helps me turn those ideas into well written phrases that sound on brand and read effortlessly. It saves me hours from trying to rewrite phrases on my own.
What do you dislike about the product?
Using Grammarly on a browser, soemtimes doesnt catch errors. I have to test by typing something random like "asdasdasd" to see if it picks that up, before being sure that it's not missing any words.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It takes me from an average writer with limited grammatical knowledge, to an expert. It takes thoughts in my head, that I can write down freely, and phrases them in a way that makes sense and is easy to read.

What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly has intuitive plugins that work seamlessly across different programs. In addition, is can develop language and revise documents quickly and efficiently.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much to dislike besides ios and android keyboards as a reccomendation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly helps me, as the only person in a marketing/Communications Role, proofread a large number of documents not just for spelling mistakes but also for flow, tone, and unique industry language.
It's changed the game for my emails and reports.

Automatic suggestions for different use or style of wording.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, the suggestions that pop up are overwhelming when I'm trying to get out my thoughts in my responses to emails and reports.

What do you like best about the product?
My favorite feature is the one that helps me evaulate my tone when writing especially with collegues I try to go for something more friendly.

Sometimes it suggests rewriting something when it already makes sense.

Helping me with writing things in different tones is helpful, helping me put all the commas I tend to miss.
Excellent tool for editing professional documents
What do you like best about the product?
I love that Grammarly helps cut down on the time it takes to edit documents. While it is important to go through a document thoroughly even with this tool, Grammarly sometimes detects errors that may be overlooked on occasion.
The choice of settings is also helpful when you are seeking a specific tone or would like your document aimed at a particular audience.

What do you dislike about the product?
I would really like to see an option to select a specific style guide and dictionary when using Grammarly. My organization uses the Chicago Manual of Style and Merriam-Webster, which sometimes conflicts with the recommendations given by Grammarly.

Grammarly helps spots errors more quickly, cutting down on the time it takes me for edit our writers' submissions.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the tone suggestions that Grammarly provides, based on the type of writing I'm aiming for in my copy. This is much more than just a spell check or punctuation corrector, but an insightful tool to hone business tone and voice.
What do you dislike about the product?
There aren't many downsides, other than how some tone suggestions can occasionally change the intended meaning of a sentence.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I tend to write fast and sometimes don't realize when I've missed a word or would benefit from a different way of saying something. Checking my tone and voice are an important part of my writing, especially since I work directly answering emails from customers and investors.

I like that the software highlights grammatical errors and why it should be revised but ultimately leaves the correcting to the user. I use it often when writing and reviewing manuscripts for publication. The software is easy to download and integrate into Word for use.

On very few occasions, I cannot identify where the error is located on the document.

Grammarly is helping to identify grammatical errors that may easily evade me while focusing solely on getting words onto paper. It is also helpful, when I miss errors after proofreading.

What do you like best about the product?
The tool allows me to dump my ideas and build paragraphs and then help me adjust the structure as needed.

I don't have a particular dislike for the tool right now; I'm lucky to be able to use Grammarly for business which is the free version, gives me additional insights into my writing.

I'm bilingual - a Spanish native. Because I work for an American company, I want to make sure all ideas are clear and concise
Saves me time on my communications
What do you like best about the product?
I love Grammarly for its really great suggestions in sentence restructuring, improved vocabulary usage, and overall enhancement of communication professionalism. Ensuring the right tone in my customer communications is really important to me, and Grammarly significantly speeds up this process. I think it is especially helpful that Grammarly extends beyond email communication and provides assistance across every application I use for communication.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find myself highly doubtful about the statistics email claiming I am 90% plus more productive and have unique word usage compared to other users week after week; it seems like a bit of smoke and mirrors. Additionally, having the option to choose the sentiment I want to convey in a message would be really helpful because I don't always aim for a super professional tone. Having the ability to select the appropriate tone and receive Grammarly suggestions aligned with that tone would really enhance the experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Primarily, Grammarly is a time-saver for me. While I consider myself proficient in writing, I occasionally delve too deep into word choice intricacies. Having Grammarly make suggestions assists in maintaining a smooth flow of words for me.
Taking my business and personal communication to a whole new level
What do you like best about the product?
I have always been self-conscious about my writing and being in a business leadership role. Making sure that I am coming across as professional enough for the type of conversation I am having or sending. Grammarly has helped me to be more comfortable with any type of conversation I have. On top of that, when it's time for me to have a tough conversation or I have something that I want to make sound more professional, more relaxed, or more persuasive I can trust that the AI features in Grammarly can help me to make those feelings come across to the visitor. Being able to brainstorm ideas on an email or letter and then translate them into a tighter package that packs more of a punch has really helped my writing and how I approach it.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, there aren't many things that I have found that I dislike about Grammarly. One thing I have noticed is that, very infrequently, when I make edits using the suggestions that Grammarly gives me, it introduces a new error in the sentence. However, as soon as a new error is introduced, Grammarly always does a good job of offering a new suggestion to correct that sentence.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly has helped me solve quite a few problems with my writing. One of the main problems that Grammarly has helped with is its ability to integrate with many different platforms we use. I am a Director of Operations for a contact center where we operate a Live Chat service on behalf of 180+ unique clients. As we grew, we eventually decided to hire overseas assistance in the form of chat agents. While the chat agents don't speak native English, they do an OK job with the basics. Having them use Grammarly with their Live Chat conversations has helped them sound more like a native speaker and help build a rapport with the website visitors they chat with.
