Efficient and Easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
I love the AI component that can help me make my writing more concise and fix and errors I made while typing in a hurry. Grammarly is very easy to use and intuitive as well. The system was quick to set up and now it works exactly where and when I need it to. I use it very frequently in my work and it is one of my favorite products because of it ease of integration.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have nothing negative to say about grammarly
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly mainly helps me make sure my emails are structured, concise and have a formal business tone.
Great way to determine and set the tone for your writing.

I enjoy the evaluation of the tone and suggestions on changing the structure if you choose.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't know how or if you can set preferences. For example, we do not use the Oxford comma; those are many of the suggestions I receive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a transplanted Northern it helps me soften my writing.
its very useful for personal as well as professional things.

It functions in tandem with all of my writing programs, highlighting typos, misspellings, missing words, and other errors.

sometimes doesnt understand the concept and want to update ; however having choice to do helps to not do

What do you like best about the product?
Straightforward and easy to use. Catches errors quickly and provides great recommendations for better content. The plug-in is helpful as it looks at everything that I write immediately.
What do you dislike about the product?
A lot of the times it blocks my "line of sight" on the webpage. Ideally I'd be able to move the little "G" around.

Double-checking spelling and grammar. Also provides suggestions for better words to use.

What do you like best about the product?
I love everything about Grammarly. Not only do I use it for work, but I also use it on a personal level. I use it on my PC and on my iPhone. It's effortless to implement and use. There is a plethora of features: Analytics, Customization, Creating your own snippets, your writing progress, security, recommendations, etc. It is very easy to integrate into your program. It is used on a daily basis for work and personal. The customer support team is outstanding.

There is nothing that I dislike. It is an excellent addition to your work and personal life. I highly recommend it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Hubspot for everything from Calls to Chats. Grammarly makes it easy to correct punctuation, and the suggestions help make you professional. It helps with the tone of what you are writing. It helps our customer service team be more productive and helps them create good habits and writing skills.
It has been helpful for my team, especially when it comes to ensuring a base level consistency.

Ability to set up our internal style guide and that it's always available.
What do you dislike about the product?
When microsoft grammar/spell check is able to run at the same time as Grammarly. Visually all the different underlining creates clutter.

Helping me be more direct in my writing and less wordy.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of using Grammarly in connection with the applications that require written communication is amazing. Implementing the application with MS Word was easy. I use Grammarly several times each day. Integration of the application with my office team was quick.
What do you dislike about the product?
In some instances, Grammarly does not correct spelling or capitalization errors on commonly spelled names.

What do you like best about the product?
Honestly it's the suggestions for sentences. It's pretty often that you'll have a colleague look at something asking for wording advice so it's saved a ton of time in that regard.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the little plugin blocks something important so it's funky to move it where I'll accidentally press something
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problem is clarity. For us in technical writing we need to make sure our writing is clear and succinct.
Wordly Wizard
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Grammarly provides options to reword sentences. Then provides options to improve, shorten, or change delivery tone.
What do you dislike about the product?
The floating Grammarly icon can get in the way of the text you are reviewing and can be a hassle to move out of the way.

It helps with punctuation and passive voice use.
