GREAT AID
What do you like best about the product?
Using proper terminology can enhance your professionalism and help you sound more knowledgeable. Learning new terminology can also be helpful in expanding your vocabulary and improving communication skills. Great Number of Features
What do you dislike about the product?
Just to let you know, some helpful tips or a Number of Features suggestions may not be available in older versions of Microsoft.

my spelling and rewording of my content
The tones and incorporating our Brand Standards has been helpful
What do you like best about the product?
We started using it to ensure people at our company were not sending things out with mispellings, but when we found our we can add our own "dictionary" that checked for our Brand Standards capitalizations, it became that much better to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
The one thing I hate about Grammarly is that the pop up can sometimes get in the way of what youre typing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
consistency and quality

What do you like best about the product?
The text expanders really do keep me on top of my work! I never have to worry about making mistakes, and the variety of grammar options are great!

Overall great product do not have any feedback currently.

Helps me to not have to focus on spelling when creating word documents. Allows me to adjust my tone at will.
Neurodivergent-friendly & supports nonprofits!
What do you like best about the product?
I use Grammarly both professionally as a Communications Specialist and personally as a fiction writer (and for everything else, quite frankly). What I like best about Grammarly:
- Grammarly Premium offers its services free for nonprofits. This has made it possible for me to improve organizational writing and ensure everyone at my nonprofit writes on-brand and with accessible language. (Plus, it's incredibly important to me that Grammarly is giving back to our community in this way—makes it a service I'm proud to promote to anyone.)
- Tone indicator!! As a neurodivergent person, I struggle to know how my writing may come off as to other people. Tone indicator reassures me that what I say in text aligns with the emotions I'm trying to convey. Between the tone indicator and Grammarly's grammar/spellcheck, it's sped my email-writing up a LOT because I don't feel I have to read every email five times over to ensure I didn't miss details.
- The grammar/spellcheck is robust and trained off of actual texts instead of user text. While spellchecks in Google Docs and the like have become unusable because it's based on the most common spellings of all users (leading to correct spellings being replaced by more common mispellings), Grammarly remains as accurate as ever.

Very minor, in all honesty:
- It'd be nice to be able to specify what style guide I'm following in a piece of writing. I like to follow Chicago Style when editing. I get around this by utilizing my personal style preferences.
- Not a dislike, but would be if it happened—please please please don't take away the nonprofit offering!
- Sometimes is hard to use in Canva.

Easy to use and extremely useful.

The ease of use. It is very helpful with grammar and tone. Grammarly is quick and the ease of use is awesome.

That fact it tries to change to US spelling

It makes me understand the nature of my written content, also it helps with errors and puncuation.

Sometimes it gives incorrect suggestions. Also, it gets kind of annoying when using it on Canva, although it saves me from silly errors sometimes it gets in the way of important features.

It helps me avoid grammatical issues in my writing and it also helps me with clarity a ton.
Practically Perfect
What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly has helped me write more concisely and directly. I tend to add more words than I need, which Grammarly will remove. I also write as I talk and sometimes it doesn't always make sense, and Grammarly will edit it to make more sense (usually) which is always helpful. Using Grammarly has made me a better writer on its own and I am noticing the use of it less because of its benefits in my writing.
What do you dislike about the product?
It does not know that am is not A.M! I can not figure out how to edit this. I constantly dismiss it, I have tried adding it but for some reason, am always get flagged which is somewhat frustrating. Occasionally when it rewrites a sentence for clarity it actually is completely wrong and has changed the entire sentence structure. It takes review to make sure it still makes sense

As mentioned, it helps me write more concisely and directly. It really has helped me get to the point of items as opposed to skirting around them with fluff.
Efficient and Easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
I love the AI component that can help me make my writing more concise and fix and errors I made while typing in a hurry. Grammarly is very easy to use and intuitive as well. The system was quick to set up and now it works exactly where and when I need it to. I use it very frequently in my work and it is one of my favorite products because of it ease of integration.

I have nothing negative to say about grammarly

Grammarly mainly helps me make sure my emails are structured, concise and have a formal business tone.
Great way to determine and set the tone for your writing.

I enjoy the evaluation of the tone and suggestions on changing the structure if you choose.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't know how or if you can set preferences. For example, we do not use the Oxford comma; those are many of the suggestions I receive.

As a transplanted Northern it helps me soften my writing.
