Long-term relationship with Grammarly
What do you like best about the product?
It is fast, user-friendly, granular, and reliable.
I have worked in the past with people working for Grammarly. They are among the best professionals I have ever met. This fact ensures to me top-rate quality.
I use it every day. I have had a premium account for years - it will expire in a few days. Do you want to know why I did not renew my account?
...because, eventually, I convinced my company's management to pay for business accounts for all the employees! :D Hello by Itway/4Science. It is easily integrated with all the daily tools and software we use.
It is super easy and super fast to install.
Finally, I have never been in touch with customer support in years. Preventing issues is the best approach to customer support, IMO! Instructions are clear, and service is flawless.

Sometimes, the suggested edits are not corrected.

What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly corrects any missed spellings and provides punctuation suggestions to reconstruct your sentence or statement. Not being the best sppeller, Grammarly helps greatifully on my messages and emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is present on all applications! When using an internal instant messsaging system, you are trying to convey a message as quickly as possible. Often times, you want to send the message is short and sweet asap! You're then forced to turn off Grammarly off for just the application. There is not a metric that that tracks multiple corrects per instance. It would be a nice feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly, is providing me confidence with my writing skills. Providing sound resultions to encrypt what I type and providing me less effort when I proofread my documents.

What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly makes it incredibly simple to ensure that your writing is top-notch and easily integrated across numerous platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
My biggest gripe is that they can't handle curved apostrophes and can't recommend fixes to passive sentence statements.

What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly does a great job at catching the tone of my writing as well as calling it out in an easy to read fashion. The bubble that follows me around my documents works well, and I typically accept most of it's suggested changes. The AI portion works okay for it's tasks but I don't use it that often compared to ChatGPT.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have struggled with a few things. Most are minor but definitely limit my use. Grammarly constantly puts an icon on my desktop, which I do not like. Every time I remove it, it comes back upon the next restart. I will not download Grammarly on my personal computer as I like to keep my desktop clean.
Additionally, within Outlook, it often gets offset from the actual text I want to edit. For example, if I have typed "multi family" and Grammarly would like to add a hyphen, if I accept the change, it may look like "mul-i family). I cannot use Grammarly within Outlook as it doesn't work properly.
I miss the ability when I could drop the little Grammarly bubble wherever I wanted. Now it fees like it needs to be in the bottom right, but if I need that space, the top right is usually on the controls for my window, the top left is where I would need to click on file info, and the bottom left is often on top of other items I need to click. I wish I could place this in custom locations.
Grammarly also caused problems with games I played as it would constantly boot up and or crash video games as it tried to intervene with in-game chat. I disabled all games, but I always have to remember every time there's a new game,

Grammarly is sharper than spell check and helps me hit my tone goals more within my writing.
Grammarly helps me be to the point and effective with any types of communications
What do you like best about the product?
The suggestions are always spot on and it enhances greatly the way I write. My communications are more concise, yet to the point and beautifully crafted. Grammarly encourages me to use better words, to skip non-useful text and to reformulate when unclear.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the recommandations for active langage are not applicable but there is an easy way to turn them off.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
English being my second langage I love the security that grammarly provides that my text will be impecable from a syntax, grammar and spelling point of view. I also love the recommendations to shorten my text and get rid of non-useful words.

Great and Supportive At Work
What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly is basically a behind the scenes support for me. it is always giving me tips on how to improve my email etiquette and tips on phrases and grammar in web or email browser. If you hover over, it also allows you to quickly change the grammar to the suggested, which reduces editing and clicking time.
What do you dislike about the product?
It sometimes signs me out or sends me emails saying i am logged out after a weekend.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I type quick so it catcvhes the apostrophes and commas i miss
Great tool when brain fog sets in
What do you like best about the product?
When responding to several correspondences in a day, you can become repetitive. This program prevents this from happening while catching those minor errors that spell check may not flag.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't anything I dislike about the program at this time. I have only used it for 4 months. I would suggest the program utilize stronger words or have access to a thesaurus.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Suggested rephrasing, punctuation, and spell check. My emails and documents are error-free.
I use Grammarly Business everyday for court documents and business emails.
What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly works great in so many ways, especially all those commas needed. However, the thing I like the best is that it helps with sentences to make a more concise statement.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish we could add certain things such as a unique name used over and over. This would allow us not to see like 18 errors in that same document. And, maybe we can do this but I am not sure how.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly is now used widely in the entire agency to make sure we have a clear, well-written, and concise report to present to the Judge. These are admitted into evidence and we want them to look professional.
