What do you like best about the product?
What I like the most is the integration with all the apps or web pages I use daily. Grammarly helps me write correctly in my email, in Google Docs, or when presenting. It is helping me to write this review now!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes It does not recognize words that it previously corrected or added to the dictionary.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work in an NGO and I am saving a lot of money in translation that I can use to invest in the goals of the NGO in difficult moments.
Grammarly Has Been a Life Saver
What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly helps me make all of my emails grammatically correct! I am so thankful for this platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any issues with Grammarly, there are tons of features that I use on a daily basis.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I don't want to send out any documents that are not grammatically correct. It helps me sound more professional.
An indispensable tool for clear and excellent communication
What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly has reduced my editing time by hours. I simply cannot do without it and so often it catches errors that I make. I use it in every application daily and found it so simple for my team to implement and start using.
What do you dislike about the product?
Once in a while the icon gets in the way, other than that it is a sheer pleasure to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As many of the Communicators in our organisation are not first language English speakers, Grammarly has been indispensable in terms of raising their communication excellence. We rarely have issues with incorrect grammar and spelling anymore.
Great Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Aside from the obvious of Grammarly pointing out possible mistakes and providing suggested edits, the WAY Grammarly points out questionable areas (red or purple underline) makes it really easy for my eyes to spot, and the suggested edit shows exactly what would be changed from the original text. I also love that Grammarly just constantly runs in the background working to spot room for improvement (Grammarly even helped me with this review).
What do you dislike about the product?
When I select to ignore a suggestion, the Grammarly flag/highlight initially goes away, but then it comes back after I've either scrolled past it to another part of the document, then back or when I close and reopen the document. I would love for Grammarly just to know that I've already seen the flag, and it doesn't apply in this particular case/document.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Proofreading. I write a lot in my role, mostly emails and contracts, and Grammarly saves me a lot of time in the review/editing process.
Grammarly is a mistake-catching time saver!
What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly is efficient, fast, and highly accurate. It works with the tools I use across the web and makes my job easier when editing others' work. It helps me catch common mistakes, simplify language, and streamline communications. As long as you keep in mind that every suggestion needs to be individually evaluated, Grammarly is a highly efficient product.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a little too aggressive with the hyphenated word recommendations (seriously, I use them very sparingly) and the Google Docs plugin isn't great -- it's usable, but it's not perfect.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It simplifies proofreading and streamlines the editing process.

What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly has made it much easier to craft letters to funders, partners, and members of our organization! It's so easy to make it look perfect and feel reassured that the words are coming out strong. SSo easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I love everything about Grammarly! The only thing is, I wish I had signed up earlier.

Making my words sound less redundant, more professional, and comprehensible.

Not much! It has been very helpful in ensuring our posts are well written!

I tend to type too fast and can make some weird errors, that I don't catch while rereading. Grammerly helps out with that.

Grammarly solves various language-related issues such as grammatical errors, punctuation inconsistencies, and clarity concerns, which ultimately benefits me by enhancing the overall quality and professionalism of my written communication, ensuring clarity, coherence, and effectiveness in conveying my ideas.
Using Grammarly for past 6 yrs - invaluable tool as a marketer
What do you like best about the product?
First and foremost, I'm an artist, a graphic designer by trade that gained a knack for creative writing and marketing language that eventually landed me in a full-fledged marketing content role. I'm great with words and storytelling, not so great at following proper punction rules, but I knew my weakness and knew there was the perfect tool out there to keep me in line as it were. It's incredibly easy to implement, in fact, I started out with my own personal account, but since then my company has invested in the business plan for all staff. We are a small firm, but scientific reporting is the majority of what we produce and having Grammarly available for staff at all levels is amazing. Our editing manager has set Grammarly up to help assist with our brand voice and common terminology via the admin portal and controls. I use it daily, it's always on in the background and honestly, it has exceeded my expectations over the years. Yes, it has helped me produce better work faster, but with the A.I. advancements the application has been rolling out I now can leverage Grammarly to produce even more work in less time. The A.I. prompts are invaluable to help craft social media promotional content to support my company's endless stream of initiatives and online messaging needs. One of these days I will remember en dash versus em dash rules, but today is not that day (thank you Grammarly, my editor thanks you too I'm sure).
What do you dislike about the product?
Love it overall! Incredibly minor thing would be the widget occasionally needs to be moved out of the way of chat window applications like Teams or Slack, just due to the placement of the send icon and where the widget wants to sit on the side of where you are typing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time. I think it is a universal problem, but just having a tool that speeds up workflows and processes is invaluable. Having a tool that also helps with tone and voice of content being crafted helps immensely as a content creator and as a co-worker who primarily communicates electronically via email and chat. As a Brand Manager, knowing that are brand standards for writing are part of Grammarly and available for our entire company to leverage in their day-to-day writing means it's one less thing I have to monitor. And for me, being able to leverage A.I. that is secure through our business account means I do not have to worry about proprietary information out in the world. Utilizing the A.I. helps me condense the occasional brain dump into cohesive content and helps get me past slumps when I just need to find the words to help things click to keep content moving forward in our pipeline.
Grammarly catches any typos or just plain bad grammar mistakes that you don't want to send out.
What do you like best about the product?
Most help is catching errors before you click the send button. Saves you from embarrassment.
What do you dislike about the product?
Least helpful to me would be the punctuation alerts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can send my emails out and create documents quickly with grammarly as a second set of eyes.
