It has greatly improved my work redactions and writing skills
What do you like best about the product?
I use the Office plugin most of the time, which is really helpful, and the sidebar is very well integrated with the Office apps. The spelling verifications are really helpful, as the AI-assisted redaction has reduced the time I spend on my writing tasks.
Since I spent most of my day in front of a computer. I use Grammarly on a daily basis and the different plugins and applications of Grammarly make it really easy to implement in my workflow.

What do you dislike about the product?
It is difficult to customize the recommendations provided by Grammarly.
Some of the rules used for recommendations are not really applicable, and I would like to turn off this specific recommendation.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly makes it easy to communicate with clients, write understandable emails and check for spelling mistakes before sending a document. This greatly reduces the time spent on writing a document or report.
Lost a helpful tool and inaccurate suggestions
What do you like best about the product?
Some of the suggested revisions don't make sense or contain inappropriate punctuation, such as a period in the middle of a word.
What do you dislike about the product?
I liked the option to hit the Tab button to correct an entire sentence or section. That option is no longer available.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping me clean up my writing and helping me edit other people's writing. I can work faster and more accurately.

The thing that is most helpful is being able to customize the formality, tone, audience, etc of each piece of writing.

nothing. Everything the full version offers is fantastic.

It helps me refine and improve my writing, from blog posts to cover letters it is an indispensable tool.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like how the corrections and suggestions just pop up as you type. It makes editing for grammar and clarity fast and easy. Also, it shows me where I commonly make the same mistakes, prompting me to correct myself.
I also enjoy the weekly recap of the tones used, the use of unique vocabulary and other weekly writing statistics.
Grammarly is automatically used in every email and word document I type; I don't have to think about going back and correct since it pops up as I type.

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I find it a little difficult to type around a correction, as it highlights the entire section. In writing reports I sometimes use phrases used at my workplace that are not recognized as grammatically correct, so I have to by-pass the corrections.

Grammarly makes my emails, especially, more professional and cohesive. I write and respond to emails throughout the day, and usually with a quick reply, so it's comforting to know my work is
correct as well as effecient.

I really like the snippets and AI for tone and sentence structuring. I literally use it every day for every piece of writing I create (including this review), haha

The price gets a bit out of hand as you scale it past 15 users.

Our team uses Grammarly to generate high-quality pieces of writing that are grammatically correct and read well.

What do you like best about the product?
There are times when I am in a bit of a hurry and just toss together a very poorly written email. Grammarly will generally straighten things out in a way very similar to what I would have done manually.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do find that some of the word correction features are a bit too quick on the draw for me. I tend to edit as I go and know when I have made a mistake when typing. Sometimes the Grammarly popup will overlay an area I am about to edit before I get to it, thus making me move it, turn it off, or allow it to make all of the corrections, including some I may not want.

Grammarly helps keep my Grammar in check, and I do like the occasional gamification that it does "You did 83% better this week at ..."

Extremely helpful in helping me write. I use the product frequently and thanks to its plug in I can use it in all of my work.

Sometimes I need to write things down that are not in a professional manner and so it can be irritating to get the feedback.
