Looking like a "GENIUS" isn't hard work
What do you like best about the product?
It gives so many options for audience type and allows you to still speak in your tone.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not found anything yet that I dislike about this program.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves all my mistakes in Grammer as well as allows me to expand my vocab.
Improved my email communication
What do you like best about the product?
With its auto-correct function, I don't have to be embarrassed by typos to awkward errors. What makes it better is that I can integrate its functions with Microsoft Outlook, online functions, and Microsoft Word. The best part it's straightforward to use and install the program. Another function that I enjoy about it is that it does not only correct my grammar, but it also helps my overall writing style.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not experienced any issues with Grammarly, and I am happy with how it edits my emails before sending time. As I am writing this email, Grammarly made a few helpful suggestions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Grammarly daily when writing internal or external emails, and it does an excellent job at proofreading before sending it, which has saved me time proofreading it myself as it highlights what needs to be corrected or reworded.

What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly provides suggestions to improve written content, including tone and clarity. I use Grammarly to proofread all my written marketing content, letters, emails, and this review. Grammarly allows me to write marketing copy confidently.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really like Grammarly, but sometimes its suggestion icon blocks application features. I wish it could be moved or minimized.

Improving my writing and ensuring accuracy and proper use of grammar.
An efficient tool to improve your writing
What do you like best about the product?
That it's available everywhere where I need it. I just focus on writing whatever I need to write, and the tool will fix my mistakes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, the suggestions are not accurate. I would love to mark it and receive human feedback if my suggestion is considered.

I speed up my writing by avoiding checking if everything I write is correct. I'm not a native English speaker.

Work smarter, not harder
What do you like best about the product?
Our team uses Grammarly because it makes editing their work a breeze and presents us to our clients in the best light possible. It has also helped train new employees on how to communicate succinctly. I love how it is integrated into our work and assists us daily.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you think you have perfect grammar and will be crushed when you realize your way is not always the best, this tool is not for you. Occasionally, Grammarly will make a suggestion that, if implemented, would change a sentence's meaning. Its overall benefits, however, far outweigh those small mistakes.

The time we spend proofreading our work has been reduced.
Great for Team Use!
What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly is helpful from a brand-maintenance perspective because although its primary purpose is checking for common grammar and writing issues, it allows ENORMOUS levels of control in creating parameters for your brand voice and writing style. The customizable lexicon feature has allowed us to expand the dictionary to include some of our industry-specific language. It has been easy to use and train new team members to optimize!
What do you dislike about the product?
The only issue we have had with Grammarly is some of the stylistic recommendations. We are fine with some of our sentences being written in the passive voice.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps correct for common grammar issues and allows us to protect our brand voice. It allows us to preserve marketing team bandwidth by minimizing time spent proofreading other teams' written communications.

It goes beyond grammatical errors and spelling mistakes, and suggests a different way to form entire sentences and paragraphs

The colours can get distracting in a document.
