Great Grammar tool
What do you like best about the product?
Great tool that helps you in an environment where you have to express yourself in two different languages.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really, I think it's great and it learns quickly.

What I love about the product is the ability to change the writing style's tonality based on the document's purpose or email.
The recommendations ensure a more concise and to-the-point writing style.
The weekly reports help me track how my team members are improving their written communication.
The prompts are not intrusive but more collaborative.

What do you dislike about the product?
The Grammarly Icon when active sits right over my Date and time section on my desktop. Not a critical issue but could be placed in a better place.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The team that I manage does not have effective writing skills and often sends out emails that are not grammatically accurate and not drafted correctly. The tone of some emails sounded harsh or ambiguous.
Grammarly has helped the team write more effective emails with an assertive tone and also helps them put together their thoughts in a well laid out email.
This has helped with better responses from the clients and better appreciation for the efforts my team is putting in.

I do not have dislikes over it. It's all working well for me.

I like the help that it provides in structuring my sentences while ensuring that I'm not making long run on sentences.

Implementing Grammarly across our team was straightforward, significantly enhancing our efficiency and writing quality with the performance score and readability metrics. The platform's real-time feedback has helped ensure our content is always polished, professional, and on brand.
What do you dislike about the product?
No big complaints. Sometimes the app logs you out at what seems like random. In Chrome, the placement of the hovering tooltip can make viewing a text field difficult and cause some friction when attempting to move the overlay to another location on the screen.

Grammarly helps our team create high-quality content that follows basic style guides (use this terms vs that term) and meets readability benchmarks.
The best and only English grammar app that I use
What do you like best about the product?
It's a one-stop solution for language work, including creative writing, copyediting, automated suggestions, plagiarism checking, and an AI-powered language tool that gets work done with great ease. It also detects our tone, voice, choice of words, etc., and appreciates our strengths! It integrates easily with our work apps, which helps me use it every moment. I love the way it is easily implemented in my daily work.
What do you dislike about the product?
Its AI tool has to improve like other GPTs for generative AI content creation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I like the way Grammarly suggests better writing options like an English expert sitting with me all the time! I have saved a lot of time, cost, and effort to avoid professional copyeditors editing my tech content.

The free version has limitations compared to the premium version, which may deter some users from accessing its full range of features. The prompt also sometimes covers what you're working on and the window has to be resized to get around it.

A great second set of eyes
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it can help me sound confident. I also like that it double-checks my sentence length and comma use. I appreciate that it can check my work and I feel more comfortable sending emails that I used Grammarly.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are certain times when Grammarly tells me to change my word use to sound more confident or some other sentiment. Sometimes I purposefully word things the way I do to be more suggestive and less statement-driven.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My overuse of commas. Grammarly is also solving me not having to have other people proof my emails before sending them to help reduce my anxiety.
