Grammarly is awesome!
What do you like best about the product?
I really like that it helps me sound more professional and put together. Makes it easier to edit anything for work. I'll use it for work emails all the time. Helps me answer back to any parents or customers of my program.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, the toggle can follow me around and get in the way of my clicking on links.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Emailing parents, creating newsletters and marketing purposes.
As a Spanish speaker working in the US, this tool has been very helpful.

I think calling out when I'm writting on passive voice and an entire rephrasing suggestion of a sentence

When working within Word, it makes it too slow.

I like that you have different options for corrections/edits. Sometimes, the tone that is suggested isn't quite right. But there are various options to choose from that will help you better convey your message.
What do you dislike about the product?
Grammarly is intended to help you write in a professional setting. So, if you are writing something, like an email, and it's very casual, you'll see the little red bubble indicating that there are corrections. It can be frustrating to see the bubble turn red.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a communications assistant, I have to do a lot of correspondence with people in various roles. My messages need to be clear and concise, and Grammarly helps me do this. It also helps me to sound more confident and assertive in my message.

The spelling and grammar corrections are supremely helpful.

I lose my add-in routinely and have to reinsert it - which is too hard to be reasonable.

I work for an English company in London, and Grammarly really makes my life easier. English is not my first language, so Grammarly gives me the confidence to send out emails with no errors.
I never had to deal with customer support as I never found any problem with the tool.

Sometimes, it suggests some changes that are not so good. Even though this can happen sometimes, it still a great tool.
