An effective real-time editor with some nice features
What do you like best about the product?
Grammerly is fantastic at real-time editing as the user types. Not only does it identify proper grammar and spelling, but the ability to add organization-specific guidelines and a style guide makes it easy to customize your preferred settings. I love the ability to double-click to get definitions and synonyms.
Installing and integrating it into our work has been relatively seamless. Chrome includes a Grammarly extension when browsing, and I prefer Grammarly over other editing and spell-check options. I use it daily.
The reporting is excellent; I receive weekly updates on both my own Grammarly use and access to an admin dashboard that provides insights and information that can allow further customization of Grammarly's settings to meet the needs of our organization. The ability to rewrite phrases to convey the preferred tone is one of my favorites, and the pop-up style is simple to interact with and view multiple options and suggestions.

What do you dislike about the product?
At times Grammarly can create a feedback loop suggesting a change and then re-suggesting a change back to the original text and grammar. I chalk this up to differing grammar options within the English language, and not a real issue.
Occasionally the Grammarly notification/icon overlaps with a close button or other items on the screen, which can be a little annoying if you are trying to close a pop up on screen. These are minor quibbles and are far outweighed by the benefits of using Grammarly.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly provides all the editing and style tools needed to ensure that all writing is consistently error-free and adheres to the personal and organizational voice and style. It's simple to use and customize and reduces the amount of time I needed to copy/paste into Word or another word processing application to utilize the editing, dictionary, and thesaurus tools.

What do you like best about the product?
The grammar checker, which catches everything from misplaced commas to subject-verb agreement errors. It helps me fix my grammar and syntax so my writing is clear and easy to understand.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are occasional false positive errors flagged. Sometimes Grammarly incorrectly flags something as a mistake when the sentence is actually correct. This can be annoying to deal with.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly guides style, tone, vocabulary, and flow. When l write, I want my writing to engage readers and convey ideas powerfully and as precise as possible, and Grammarly is a champion at this. lt analyzes my word choice, sentence structure, logical transitions, and more to suggest ways to improve the impact and effectiveness of my writing. l love that my work becomes more compelling and engaging, just like l like it to be.

Since I started using Grammarly AI, my emails have become more polished and professional, thanks to its ability to catch grammatical errors and suggest better alternatives.
Grammarly is a life saver. I use it daily for sending emails to clients

Grammarly helps to write emails to clients and form well written templates. Their AI feature is super neat!

What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly provides much more effective grammar and spelling suggestions than the default spellcheck available on most websites and apps. And though I hate to admit it, the AI features really do help to clarify and clean up emails and other text.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that I really don't like about it is the little popup that shows you how many errors you have often covers text or important buttons ("Send", "Confirm", etc.), so you have to take the extra step to move it around before actually typing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly helps me keep my emails and memos short and concise, on top of keeping everything spelled correctly and grammatically correct.

The ability to easily implement business users, to track users' usages of the service and to identify progress and language consistency.

There is challenges around recommendations that do not account for human rights and legal language.

What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use. I have it installed on my browser, and as an app on my phone, so I'm always getting suggestions for spelling corrections and grammar corrections. I use it every time I compose an email for work now.

There's nothing I dislike about Grammarly

It helps me send better-sounding and better-communicating emails to my team and those I work with. This saves me time from reading something over and over to make sure it's going to come across well, and it helps the receiver understand the message better.

Grammarly enables me to bring my voice, tone, and personality to work, which is hard to do remotely.

Weekly digest emails and (mostly) accurate grammatical and tone recommendations.

The extension is so clunky. It sits on weird parts of my screen and is not intuitive or friendly to new users.

It checks my tone when I move quickly, ensuring my communication is effective and professional yet personable and "me".
