Grammarly Helps Your Writing be the Best it Can be
What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly's grammar and spelling check keep my writing error-free. It spots minute details I miss.
What do you dislike about the product?
The prompts sometimes cover what I'm working on or something I have to click on.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly is helping me save time in the editing process.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and implement. Simple setup and great integrations.
What do you dislike about the product?
no real dislikes. It's pretty much a no-brainer. Writing in Grammarly is a little less convenient but it helps more than the suggestions when writing in MS Word or other word processers where the integration isn't as nice as being on Grammarly's site.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Correcting spelling, grammar, and punctuation and keeping writing consistent with brand guidelines. We also use it to look at style and tone.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy email updates / grammar changes - especially when writing quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
sometimes the edits/suggestions are too much and can be a little annoying - i wish i could tone it down or customize the suggestions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I historically do not have great grammar, so Grammarly at its simpliest, really helps ensure my professional communication is correct etc.
It's like having an instantaneous copy editor
What do you like best about the product?
Our marketing team is small and often noone is available to edit for me. Before Grammarly, I would have stressed about releasing a piece without a second set of eyes on it. With Grammarly, I feel secure that there won't be any typos, double words, wrong tenses, or mis-use of terms in our editorial guide.
Of course, I need to review its suggestions, and sometimes I reject them. Still, it brings potential issues to my attention. What a gift!

Honestly, I don't have any complaints about Grammarly. It's a great tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly stands in for human copy editors. It also provides insights into more effective ways to communicate specific ideas.

Grammarly improves the quality of writing with little effort. Most of Grammarly's suggestions are correct and enhance readability.
What do you dislike about the product?
The AI feature, like other AIs, often produces text that seems generic and stilted.

Grammarly improves the flow and readability of texts submitted by various authors and adds some standardization of terms throughout the content.

it is not like ChatGPT. Their recommendations on rewording or improving something is very much in line with the natural way of writing.

Sometimes the option to use it doesn't show up on Word or Outlook. Not sure if I'm doing something wrong.

Grammarly has been great in helping me improve my writing.
It make me have more sense to my sentences.

Use synonyms, and put the right words in my sentences.

Sometimes it wants to change things, for example, from passive voice to active.

Because English is my second language, when I write tend to write like my first one, and in English is different.

It gives me suggestions in real time as I am writing. I use it mostly for quick messages with my colleagues, and it's so easy and quick to correct them and make them sound better.
What do you dislike about the product?
It might take some time to add words that should not be corrected, such as people's names or words in another language.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I speak English as a second language, and when I got my first international job for an American company, I took a lot of time proofreading my emails and messages, making sure they sounded okay and had no mistakes. Now with Grammarly it's so easy to do it.

I love that I can type exactly what is in my head and then go back and quickly review/approve suggestions to make it sound more professional or direct.

Sometimes the suggestions come across multiple times for the same sentence with options.

Grammarly always helps me with my tone and takes out extra verbiage that is unnecessary.
