Always-on spell and grammar checker improves writing and communication overall
What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly's strength is its ability to check anything from a misplaced comma to an entire sentence or clause. It's like a next-level spell checker. Using Grammarly not only improves me writing, it improves all the communications I have in my work.
What do you dislike about the product?
Grammarly's suggestions sometimes miss, or are clearly not a good fit for the tone or style of the writing. Also, by collecting so many small errors into one large "suggestion to fix." there can often be some unintended confusion in the suggestion once accepted and worked into the larger writing block. Also, Grammarly doesn't always play nice with other programs, and I can see it fighting the more simple (but sometimes more useful) spell check built in to my email or browser.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Clarity of communication, speed of communication, tone.

What do you like best about the product?
I have a few achilles heels when it comes to writing - too many commas, for one... Grammarly is an excellent tool to keep my Is dotted, my Ts crossed, and my "tense" limited to sentence structure! I love Grammarly, and really appreciate that it's accessible across most of the platforms that I use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of any downsides, practically speaking. I'd like it to let me use commas whenever I want to, but it's just doing its job... :)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly ensures my spelling, punctuation, and sentence structure are correct - as a person who writes a lot of policies on behalf of my organization, it's great to have that added layer of security when writing.
Simple Advice with Effective Grammar Checks
What do you like best about the product?
I use Grammarly mainly for checking my work, like emails and documents. I appreciate how it helps with phrasing, ensuring my tone isn't too brash while also making sure my grammar is correct. I like how simple it is and value that it offers advice without being intrusive. I regularly use the correction features and tools that monitor my writing, and occasionally I use the shortcut/snippet tool accessed with the backslash key.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel like it doesn’t learn my own tone. Instead, it forces its own tone on me. Which is fine if English is your second language maybe, but as a native speaker, I am looking for guidance, not a full rewrite.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Grammarly for checking my emails and documents, ensuring my tone is assertive but not brash. It corrects grammar and suggests improvements for phrasing and readability.
Great for writing emails and using online!! Love it!

That I can use it in emails and also online on my case managment softwares. Also super helpful when writing papers for school!

None, I enjoy it very much. It serves it purpose.

What do you like best about the product?
The best feature of Grammarly is that it integrates with your computer system and provides real-time constructive criticism and immediate error correction without leaving your task.
What do you dislike about the product?
The ONLY thing I do not like about Grammarly is that there have been a few instances where the suggestions box just puts itself in a bad place. Even if you move it, it puts itself back.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly solves the errors I create when I type quickly. I can just keep going and know that I can click on Grammarly to fix my writing. It allows me to finish tasks quicker without the need to backspace and edit.

Grammarly app has been a game-changer for me! The suggestions it provides are not just helpful, but also incredibly accurate. The attention to detail in correcting grammar, spelling, and overall writing style is commendable. Nice suggestions indeed!

While Grammarly offers excellent suggestions, one point for improvement could be enhancing its handling of complex sentence structures. Occasionally, it tends to miss subtleties in intricate sentences, and refining this aspect would make the app even more comprehensive

I can use it in multiple programs, gmail, Google Docs, word etc. It saves me time looking up synonyms and phrasing.

Sometimes it doesn't load properly, and I have to click the G icon, but then it opens up the side menu, and I'm not as fond of the side menu.

Helpful Tool for Writing Better
What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly provides recommendations and writing styles that help us communicate more clearly to our audience. Whether it is a technal resource writing a ticket or an executive reaching out to a customer with an important recommendation, Grammarly has us covered.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, it changes the tense of what I'm writing from us being the communicator to the client communicating back to us. This is particularly troublesome when we use the generative AI to "rewrite in a particular style."
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps me write deep technical items in a way that an Executive or C-Level recipient can more easily understand. This also helps me cool down the tone for something that could be read as harsh.

What do you like best about the product?
When I have a lot to do I know that the tools in place allow me to work with accuracy and confidence. Should I question the verbiage I receive additional suggestions.Grammarly has allowed me to create more meaningful and easy to read correspondence with my guest ,clients and colleagues .
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel that the only dislike is that I frequently am checking all the different word replacement options now.

I no longer need to stop and check my work. Having the in the moment suggestions & corrections makes for an easier time.
