What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly has significantly enhanced my writing experience with its intuitive interface, offering tailored suggestions that perfectly align with my writing style. Its robust grammar and spell-checking capabilities ensure that my documents are error-free, allowing me to communicate effectively and professionally. With Grammarly, I feel confident in producing high-quality content every time.
What do you dislike about the product?
The frequent notifications from Grammarly can sometimes feel intrusive and disrupt my workflow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly solves the problem of grammatical errors, punctuation mistakes, and unclear phrasing in writing, which ultimately enhances the clarity, professionalism, and effectiveness of my communication.

What do you like best about the product?
My team has been able to seemlessly integrate Grammerly with their day to day operations. It is easy to use, and was easy to streamline into my teams workflow. Whenever we have had trouble, staff has responded quickly. We all use it at least 4 times a week! Many team members use it daily.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't been able to find a downside! It has been excellent to integrate with my team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making the communications of our team, particularly for formal writing, uniform and correct all of the time. It saves an abundant amount of staff time to not have to manually proofread so much documentation.

It makes me feel confident when communicating in writing since English is not my first language.

Sometimes, it glitches, and it does not correct the words, but it places them on another part of the text instead, which makes it worse.

It helps our company to have coherent and professional writing communication with our customers.

What do you like best about the product?
Having Grammarly running constantly on my Outlook and collaborative apps, has been vital to my workflows. It immediately alerts me to grammar issues or tone, allowing me to adjust to it's reccomendations quickly. The time I spend on emails has shortened and my communication has improved drastically.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes Grammarly suggests things that aren't appropriate additions or words to the tone of the email. The issues are minor and I can easily take the bad with all the good!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Improved communications both in tone and grammar.

What do you like best about the product?
Being a Live Chat customer service rep, I type so quickly that of course, I make mistakes. And I love that I am able to rely on Grammerly to help me be the most efficient and as professional as possible!
What do you dislike about the product?
There are literally no downsides! I love all of it!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Efficiency, speed, grammar, those being the top ones for me. It's very beneficial in Live Chat settings.
Helpful but Irritating
What do you like best about the product?
The suggestions are consistent and helpful to consider. There are many tools outside of just proofreading that are handy to have at a glance directly to the side of where you're typing. The platform is relatively easy to use after it is installed, and integrates into many different platforms outside of Grammarly, such as Microsoft and Google.
What do you dislike about the product?
Many of the suggestions aren't correct or fundamentally change what the writer is saying and change the message. The 'lines' below suggested corrections are often misplaced as well, so there will be a blank white space with a line under it, and it can range from tricky to impossible to get the suggestion open to consider. It is very obviously an AI tool, and a human understanding of what message is trying to be communicated is essential. Would not recommend 'group changes,' where changes can be summarily accepted to significant pieces of work. It also tends to correct itself, then correct its correction, then want to make another correction to that second correction, which can be frustrating. I reached out to customer support, but they were unable to help.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The suggestions are most helpful in offering tone connections that I would not have made otherwise, including suggestions on how to sound more friendly, more professional, etc.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the double-check on spelling and grammar; as the lead at communications for our agency, Grammarly's suggestions help make things concise and clear no matter what audience. It has also freed up time from proofreading multiple documents because our entire team uses it.
What do you dislike about the product?
From time to time, it is difficult to understand the suggestions, or the word choices don't make sense. But I think that is because of the technical nature of our work.

Grammarly provides consistent proofreading and editing to a busy department, ensuring high-quality communications are always going out.

It helps to elevate my writing and ensure all my emails, texts, etc. are correctly established.

The desktop extension does crash every so often.
