Grammarly helps me feel proud of my writing.
What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate the weekly summary emails that Grammarly sends its users. The emails recap how much I've written over the last week and give me feedback on areas I could improve, and shows me the tone others may perceive through my words.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've been disappointed with how Grammarly's data is tied to a user's specific email address. My company switched domains and our email addresses changed, and while I could have my streak transferred to my new email address, the rest of my data was not transferred. I also wish that I could somehow sync a personal account so I could view tones from my personal writing alongside my professional writing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly reviews my writing and helps me look articulate in professional spaces.
Love Grammarly! Wouldn't want to work without it.
What do you like best about the product?
Other than the copy editing, I like that I can bank copy for all of the different initiatives that we have at work and revisit them when needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the Grammarly icon can be an annoyance when it's checking copy outside of the application.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I worked as a writer for over a dozen years on a staff that included copywriters. I knew that my writing needed improvement throughout that time, but I rarely received feedback on it. Now, I get immediate feedback through Grammarly, and it's made me a better writer.
Nice product for use, there are better in the market.

The ease of use and the integration of the tool help a lot.
What do you dislike about the product?
The AI features are not the best. In addition, the suggestions for corrections do not seem to "learn" the user and understand their preferences.

What do you like best about the product?
Before the widespread use of AI, I used Grammarly when I needed an extra set of eyes on my written work. My work evolved from company-wide memos to external press releases, so you can imagine where proper grammar and spelling become more crucial. Secondary to that is Grammarly's ability to suggest better sentence structures. In a way, my sentence structure techniques improved over time thanks to Grammarly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Unbeknownst to me, i must've gotten logged out for a period of time. Otherwise, no other major complaints.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sometimes, I only have it in me to write the bare bones of a writing assignment, so I'll have Grammarly suggest sentence structures. I usually have Grammarly catch my mistakes. I've only tried the AI writing assistant a few times to convert something into a social media-friendly text, but I think I prefer ChatGPT's output. I still edit anything I have AI produce for me.
It helps without asking help :)

What do you like best about the product?
I love that grammarly now goes beyond just checking for spelling and grammar, but now goes the extra mile to provide me with feedback on my tone and how I could state things more clearly. It also helps that it easily integrates into multiple platforms (Word, Google, this webpage I am writing on), so I can get support on whatever I am working on! Very easy to use, and would highly recommend.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it seems to randomly log out in Google, which I think gives you access to the base level features, but not the premium features. It seems like it should be easier to stay logged in and/or to tell when there is a problem with the account? This has not happened all that often, but is the only critique I believe I have.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has helped me recognize and adjust my tone when writing with different audiences. For example, I sometimes worry about coming across too strongly, but I have found it reassuring when Grammarly Tone Check tells me it is professional. I also appreciate it rewriting some sentences for me to make them more clear, as I know I can be a bit wordy. I appreciate Grammarly for helping me feel more confident in my writing, from everyday emails to grad papers.
Grammerly is the most useful writing/ revising tool I have used.
What do you like best about the product?
The new AI features allow me to rephrase emails and other text exactly how I mean it to be. It's extremely easy to use, and I do so constantly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Grammarly is great, but its integration is a little lackluster. Sometimes, it will add text in the wrong places or with quotation marks. It's unclear which Grammarly tools will be available in a given text window.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly allows me to make my emails more professional as well as allows me to create any kind of tone that I want to come across in my messages.

When you need to get something down you can go over and just click on the words you need to spell check

What do you like best about the product?
The majority of our team has Grammarly integrated with our email. It's been a great way to check our spelling and word choices. Several of us started using the AI feature that was added this year and love it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't see any downsides to using Grammarly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The tool helps our team improve our writing skills. I also helps with editing time because it is the first editor in our writing process.

What do you like best about the product?
Its companionship ability to make suggestions and on the fly corrections without having to spell check manually
What do you dislike about the product?
It suggests correction but not aligned to my language settings, whether Canadian English or UK English.
