What do you like best about the product?
I love the ai integration but the prompts and ability to fix grammar and core pieces of my content be it an email or a slack. It's helping me with my tone and the audience too.
it's easy to use and implementation is great. I have it working on mobile and desktop and on sites and applications.

What do you dislike about the product?
Some sites it doesn't work effectively enough and it might be more specific to the site and not Grammarly itself
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My communication especially with various audiences!
Grammarly is always on, even now as I'm writing this title (and it has improved it twice).
What do you like best about the product?
I never have to fear that I'm sending out an email or writing a paper riddled with errors or in a tone that I didn't intend to use. Grammarly is my personal desktop editor that turns what I write into flawless pieces of work. It was incredibly easy to set up and is always there, working in the background - I use it every day and never have to think about it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some suggestions can be incorrect occasionally, but never enough that I feel like I can't use this tool with absolute confidence.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ensuring error-free emails and documents is critical to my day-to-day work. For the majority of the time I was using this tool, I was an assistant, and I sent out a mass of emails daily; being able to quickly type out my emails and know that Grammarly would catch my mistakes was a godsend; it cut my work time in half because reviewing the emails after they were finished was a breeze. I now manage my company's social media accounts, and it has, on several occasions, caught typos that many other reviewers on my team had missed - undoubtedly saving us from some embarrassment.
Using only a short time...helpful but, also at times, intrusive.
What do you like best about the product?
The personalization of what you can turn off and on in terms of suggestions and corrections is nice. App-specific use is great, also.
What do you dislike about the product?
At first, its all over the place, in so many apps and at all times. I wanted it for just specific and professionsal help, not for my texts and messaging apps. But there it is. It's a bit clunky to get in and turn it off per app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Alerting to common typing mistakes and helping overall style.

Safety Net & Efficiency
What do you like best about the product?
I use it daily at work and it efficiently integrates into everything I do. Often, it's working in the background, and although I still revise and sometimes don't use the suggested changes depending on my desired tone, it has become essential. I really consider this a safety net for catching mistakes or helping me get to the heart of what I'm trying to say. I work in a very corporate environment, so before, I felt that I would re-read and overthink my words and this now has provided some sense of ease - like a safety net!
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much not to like! There are minor things that I wish would be improved like after dismissing a change, not seeing the same word underlined if I want to keep it. Sometimes my reports have to utilize industry terms and it will keep suggesting changes to the same words throught my report.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reducing the burden of time and expertise for proofreading and increasing productivity to get reports and communication out in a more timely manner.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that it catches when I misspell and have grammar errors. I also LOVE the rewrite feature

I have found that at times the rewrite feature can sound like a robot so I have to tweet it at times

It allows me to produce flyers and documents that I am confident with because they have correct spelling and grammar. I also love that I can use the AI generator when I want to make a sentence sound more creative.

What do you like best about the product?
That you are able to have a program to check your emails/letters and not waste time proofreading them yourself.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not a whole lot of information on how to use the program, and not know what other features that are available to us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has assisted in a faster review of investigative cases being turned in and not having to focus on punctuation and allowing us to focus on the investigation.
Life Saver!
What do you like best about the product?
I love that you can use Grammarly on a desktop or mobile device. It integrates so easily into a lot of apps/software. It is also very easy to get started. The reports are very useful when checking other's use status.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you have a business account, then you are stuck with the writing style of the person who "owns" the account. We also don't like that there isn't a number to contact customer support. You can only exchange emails.

Grammarly helps ensure that my spelling is tip top. It also helps to ensure that my message is clear.

What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly is the first and only spell-checking tool that I use, and I don't plan on ever not using it. I like that it not only corrects my spelling but also suggests how to reword sentences. This comes in handy, especially when I don't think I am communicating what I want to communicate.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only realy thing I find super annoying about Grammarly is that the little Grammarly icon that you see on text boxes sometimes covers text and even though you can move it around to different locations, it still manages to block some content. Would be great if we could place the icon wherever we want on the screen.

Grammarly is helping me compose professional emails for my day-to-day work responsibilities and, at the same time, teaching me ways to come across more clearly in my writing.
Great Daily Tool
What do you like best about the product?
This tool supports my daily writing to colleagues, customers, and friends. It's easy to implement and becomes a part of the daily routine.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times, it can slow down Gmail a bit, but this is not impactful enough to remove it from my workflow
