Great product
What do you like best about the product?
The way it can help me sound more professional when emailing and talking to customers

I have no issues with Grammarly. It's been great.

Grammarly definitely helps with tone.
Fix your grammar automatically as you write on desktop, mobile, etc.
What do you like best about the product?
Auto correcting errors anywhere I type - phone, desktop, ipad, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Copying and pasting long drafts is a bit arduous.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Fixing grammatical errors for all of our employees at our company.
Best tool for spelling and grammer.
What do you like best about the product?
Low cost, but easy to use. The reports you get help you keep track of the users progress. With the add ons for Word and Outlook, I look like an email pro. We use it daily and it was simple to set up. And when we had questions, tech support was fast on the responses. Intergration was a breeze.
What do you dislike about the product?
That we did not find it sooner. Only english was supperted at this time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With anyone, sometimes words don't always get spelled correctly, or why you are trying to say just does not come out right.

Writing reports are an integral part of my job. What I like most about Grammarly is the suggestions (and rephrasing of the paragraphs I write).
What do you dislike about the product?
Not very helpful when I want to write informally.

It points out common mistakes we make, and improves my communication with my team members.

What do you like best about the product?
The autosuggestion is excellent, but the AI rewriting is extraordinary. I love it.
What do you dislike about the product?
For some reason, I can't use the AI while using Word. The floating Grammarly icon is not being shown.

The AI feature assists me in rephrasing my ideas and selecting the right words.

Nothing, I like that we can have guidelines so all users have the same voice.

It allows me to type faster getting all my thoughts out, without so much emphasis on grammar.

Sometimes it likes to add too many commas.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy Grammer is to use and the wide variety of places it works - even from desktop to mobile. I use it for business, and I love that we are able to customize the writing style and keywords for our company. It's easy to install and magically pops up whenever I'm typing in a text box. I even enjoy the emails I receive that give me an occasional breakdown of how I write and what my style of writing says about me.
What do you dislike about the product?
As in many places where it works, there are a handful of text boxes on the internet where I can't quite get the Grammarly app to work as smoothly as I'd like. Those instances are few and far between, though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly truly allows me to write freely and gives me the opportunity to focus on content because I know I can always go back and use Grammarly as a digital editor to clean up my writing.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that you can adjust the audience and writing style. I write for science/ technical and consumer audiences separately, which is a helpful feature. Also, I struggle with passive sentence structure and appreciate that it points out these sentences. Side note: it just corrected a typo in this post and made suggestions for "clarity" that I accepted -- I have it turned on for use across platforms/ apps.
What do you dislike about the product?
With longer documents,it can take a while to parse through all the text. Sometimes, I end up having to disable the app because I review materials through a VPN on a server, and all of those connections slow things down.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With emails, it helps with clarity and making my writing more concise. For technical writing, it helps with sentence structure, clarity, and typos. I am a very experienced writer and receive compliments (not bragging here!), but Grammarly takes my writing to the next level.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to use! It was super easy to add to my computer, and I now have it on all the electronic devices I use for communication. I use Grammarly daily, even in my text messages.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, I have had no issues, I absolutely love Grammarly.

To send concise, professional emails to clients and co-workers.
