Wonderful resource for me and my team
What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly has been such a useful tool for me and my team! When reading and reviewing bulk content, it's been so helpful to catch errors that were overlooked, help reword something when you're stuck, and it's like an extra set of eyes as a final proof. It was a huge help as our team launched a new website and we had to review pages and pages of content.
I also love adding our corporate "style" and knowing everyone using Grammarly will be on the same page with documents. It's easy to use and incorporate into my online documents as well as my desktop.

What do you dislike about the product?
Grammarly, for the most part, is super helpful, but once in a while it will suggest a change, I'll change it, then it will suggest to change it back to how I originally had the sentence written. That can sometimes be frustrating when you're scanning a document and see the red squiggly lines, knowing the document is correct. But those notifications are easily dismissed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When I'm stuck wondering if I've used something correctly, it helps give me peace of mind knowing I'm putting out a good product.

Makes it so much easier to write blogs, knowing that if I make a grammatical error grammarly will pick it up for me.

Sometimes it doesn't work or will change the word then it will change back to the way it was before randomly

Efficient writing, meeting deadlines, spelling errors etc.
Restarts A Lot and Annoying, But Helpful
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it can catch phrasing I would not have considered odd. It makes it easy to sound more professional.
What do you dislike about the product?
I hate that little icon in the corner because it pops up ALL THE TIME on pages where I have asked it not to, and it's always right where I need to click for other things.
I also hate that it will sometimes suggest changes, then you make those changes, and then it keeps suggesting changes until you are back where you started. Like, what is the point?

I don't have to hire someone to do such a simple job.
Great program to raise bar of your writing
What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly is so easy to use and it suggestions are quite helpful in raising the bar of quality for writing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the recomended edits are not helpful.

It offers fresh eyes on writing when you have limited staff that can proofread.
User friendly assistant
What do you like best about the product?
It makes our daily routine faster. Most of the time, it structures sentences around our thoughts, making it user-friendly. Customers will be addressed politely.

Nothing. Everything that I get is perfect and I am happy.

What do you like best about the product?
What is most helpful is the ease of use and frequency of use to help a customer service agent assist as many customers as possible, as best as possible. The app makes it easy to implement automated drafted replies using its ease of integration AI tool. It also helps me identify flaws in my writing, thus offering customers better customer support.
What do you dislike about the product?
Grammarly can sometimes bug out and the pop-up bubble that offers the suggestions may disappear. Aside from that, the experience has been great overall!

Grammarly identifies run-on sentences in my writing and points to where punctuation should be added. It also offers to omit certain words if it means my replies sound clearer.
So much better than Microsoft!

Grammarly helps improve your writing and helps you focus on concision, active voice, and tone, in addition to just traditional grammatical and spelling errors.

Sometimes in business writing you are purposely writing using passive voice or being overly technical and that can be annoying.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes my writing more clear and focused, whether it is an internal or external document. It also has improved my awareness of my tone in emails.

I like that Grammarly gives me multiple suggestions on how to restructure a sentence. I also like that it's automatic and applies whenever I write.

Sometimes it sounds a little too formal in the sentence structure

Proper placement of commas. I like long sentences and thoughts, and Grammarly makes sure it isn't a run-on.
Grammarly is my everyday secret weapon
What do you like best about the product?
I use Grammarly for EVERYTHING. I'm a student and nonprofit founder and have found that for every digital interaction I have, in both academic and professional settings, I make sure to use Grammarly. It has helped immensely boost my confidence and professionalism. I enjoy knowing that every piece of literature submitted or sent is free from mistakes.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am unable to access the plagerism check from grammarly business but that may be of my own fault. I have yet to reach out to customer service about it so it must not bother me that much.

Helps improve overall writing and style
What do you like best about the product?
I use Grammarly for Outlook above all else, and it helps immensely in reorganizing my thoughts and getting my message across. Aside from the help with misspellings, it gauges your tone and can suggest better versions of your message to make things as clear as possible. This review was created with help from Grammarly!

It integrates organically into your everyday use so it's easy to use and hard not to use often. What do you dislike about the product?
There are some instances where you can use the popup to correct things, but then it doesn't take and keeps your text the same. I believe this is only for certain text boxes that are just incompatible and not Grammarly's fault.
