Diligent Writing Assistant
What do you like best about the product?
So Grammarly helps and assists our team in improving the writing skills whether it is for content or for writing an email. This works like our grammatical writing assistant, helping us with the errors and providing suggestions on the verbiage in a quick time. All over we like the interface that is user-friendly and makes it easy to enhance the overall writing proficiency.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Grammarly offers valuable assistance, in improving overall writing performance, it can sometimes be overly prescriptive, ignoring context or individual style preferences. Additionally, the free version's limitations can be restrictive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We work on writing SEO articles, blogs for our clients, topical authority content, email composition, etc. This solves most of our grammatical errors, and mistakes in the words.
Grammarly is great for work!
What do you like best about the product?
I love how Grammarly will be with me every step of the way to ensure I am using the best words, tone, etc. in alignment with our brand guidelines.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike how it may be in my way sometimes or doesn't recognize a word that I need to add to the vocabulary. Sometimes I have to move the little icon out of the way when I'm working on something.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly is solving my grammatical errors, suggesting how to convey the best tone when sending an email or marketing something. This benefits me by having the most grammatically correct, tactful, and professional communication.
Grammarly helps me write fluently
What do you like best about the product?
It helps me to correct unnoticed typos and levels up my writing fluency.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is not available for other languages such as French and Spanish.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I write professionally in English daily, and having an assistant to support me in avoiding mistakes is a life-saver.
Grammarly Integration and Implementation is so Easy
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ease of ipmlementing Grammarly in our orginization and the integration with Okta. It improves our communication, is very accurate and our teams use it daily. Grammarly prrovides great feedback.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are really no downsides other than getting users to try it out and adopt using it.

What do you like best about the product?
I am a super fan of Grammarly. I like the features and interface of the tool; it's intuitive and supportive. The Grammarly Desktop is really helpful in daily tasks; it's my favorite! English isn't my native language, so it's a great tool to check and guide my texts. Thank you, Gram <3

As a non-native, I don't have a deep understanding of some corrections. It'll be great if the tool explains some tips.

Better writing makes me more valuable
What do you like best about the product?
I love the suggestions about improving my tone and simplifying my writing. Grammarly also appeals to the achiever in me by providing productivity updates each week. I look forward to those.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some features don't work as expected all the time. Sometimes Grammarly will make a suggestion only to suggest I change it back to my original writing. Other times, Grammarly will insert the correction in the middle of a word, which makes more work for me in the end.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly helps me communicate more clearly. Clarifications are less needed when chatting or emailing, and more concise writing ensures my message is preserved.
A great help dealing with texts
What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly not only gives hints on how to improve the texts but also makes the writer think about why. Actually, I learn from suggestions and try not to make the mistakes indicated.
What do you dislike about the product?
As in other cases with AI, not all of the suggestions suit the context. Some obvious inaccuracies occur, as in one place, the mistake is indicated, and in other places left unmarked.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As I have the paid version, it is very beneficial that I can check the whole text and look through it more than once. Spelling mistakes are usually checked by spelling check, but Grammarly is good at suggesting synonyms, use of prepositions, articles, and sentence structure. It reminds me where to use commas. It is sensitive towards tautology.

Ease of use, speed of response, and recommendation include the option to dismiss.
