The best helper
What do you like best about the product?
Helping me in enhancing my business emails and writing a proper memos and letters.
What do you dislike about the product?
Need a proper translation service alongside the grammar corrections.

What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly is the best at helping my team and me ensure that we are sending emails that are confident and decisive to receipent. We use grammarly everyday and refer it to new employees during onboarding.
What do you dislike about the product?
I love Grammarly. I cannot think of any think that I do not like about this product. I have used it for over a year now and it enhances my writing expreience dailly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly helps to ensure my grammar is on point in all of my correspondences as well as helps me feel confident that the tone of my emails are inviting.
Best Corrector Ever
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it doesn't just help me spell things correctly but it gives me suggestions on how to better phrase my text. I love that you can add it as an extension and use it on everything.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it can be a bit slow. It depends on how much you wrote.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me proofread and better type my text.
Grammarly is my personal editor for all business communications.
What do you like best about the product?
I love that Grammarly not only suggests basic grammar fixes but also suggests changes to improve the tone and flow of my writing! I have used it in composing all business communications for over four years now!
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any downsides to using Grammarly. I have referred numerous family and friends to use it! I am using it to fix errors in this survey!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I write grants and communicate to steward and solicit gifts from individuals for a non-profit organization. I have a tendency to write exactly how I speak. This is not always grammatically correct and or appropriate in a business communications setting. Therefore, composing all my communications in Grammarly helps ensure that I am not sending communications with errors and or poorly composed messages to our potential funders and donors! This is extremely important as people have a negative reaction to grammatical errors, whether they intend to or not.

What do you like best about the product?
I am more confident about submitting my writing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Suggestions for passive voice or sentence construction are not always given.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps to pick out the incorrect spellings from American to British English. I am also able to remove sentences which have the same meaning.
Generally a good experience, catches things I tend to consistently miss
What do you like best about the product?
I like the different underlining colors, it helps me identify what it is going to correct.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes when I select the correction, it will rehighlight after and go back to the original version I had, which doesn't make a lot of sense.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It will catch smaller mistakes that my eyes miss as I am running through proofreading.

That is incorporated in various applications such as Outlook, Word, etc, and provides me with the great recommendations when writing.
What do you dislike about the product?
I didn't like that during the Ukranian issue, Grammarly decided to take sides. Stay neutral as you have various nationalities using your application.

Provides corrections and suggestions immediately

That it makes suggestions vs just pointing out errors.

That it doesn't seem to learn from the corrections that I ignore.

Lack of clarity in writing

What do you like best about the product?
I've loved Grammarly since I was a student; this was especially useful for grammatical checks and generally better writing. I don't have to sweat over the small stuff.
What do you dislike about the product?
There has been a slight overreliance on AI lately. Sometimes the sentences and suggestions do not make any sense, and a lot of the time, it disrupts my typing, and I have to manually deactivate the session. Other times, "corrected text" could have been spat from ChatGPT and loses its human feel.
Overall this is a good product (I'm using it right now to write this review) but could benefit from some tweaks for increased usability.

Saves me time because I don't have to sweat over the small stuff like grammatical correctness and can focus on my overall message.
Grammarly has been great
What do you like best about the product?
It's super easy to use and our entire team as enjoyed being able to see their overall grammar improve from usage. Also, the Google Chrome extension is the best! I even have it downloaded on my personal computer now too.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't had any issues with it, and I don't think our team has either
