What do you like best about the product?
The generative AI helps to have ideas for my writing projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
Don't have a particular tool that dislikes me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It gives me ideas on how to write emails and improve English grammar in writing projects.

What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly makes editing and revising my writing easy and catches errors as simple as spelling/grammar, or as complex as confusing sentences. I know my emails, manuals, reference guides, and announcements are going to be easy to read and in the appropriate tone when I complete my Grammarly check! It easily integrates into any writing or composition tool you are currently using (Smore, Canva, Microsoft Suite, Google Suite, etc). I use Grammarly throughout my work day, every day.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have many industry terms that are repeated throughout my messaging that Grammarly is incapable of ignoring (i.e. reports, assessments, tests, trainings, etc), so it can be tedious constantly asking Grammarly to ignore those. Also, as with any AI run editing/composition tool, the human should always be the expert. I do not take 100% of Grammarly's suggestions, and I always make sure to do one final check before finalizing any writing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly helps with ensuring my writing is clear and accessible, quickly and with minimal input from me. While I do not take all Grammarly's suggestions, I take about 98% of them. My job is very text driven, and Grammarly makes editing and revising very efficient!
Perfect for buisness
What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly works wonderfully when writing emails, reports, new policies, and memos. It helps me with all grammar and staying on brand for our company. Being Dyslexic, Grammarly also helps me catch any mistakes that I may make in spelling or punctuation. I use Grammarly for all writing.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have too many issues with Grammarly. Here and there, it may not reword things properly, or it gets a glitch and won't work on Word docs.

It is helping me to sound more on-brand for our company and coming across as more professional while still being friendly and empathetic.

What do you dislike about the product?
At first it can feel like a lot of corrections are being suggested which can feel disheartening. However this soon fades as your usage and understanding grows.
Grammarly could use some levels within each writing style. It isn't always correct as can be either too formal or not formal enough. But this could be something that improves over time, with potential for AI to assist and analyse other wording to guide usage.

I could choose the type of text and suggestions with what works better

There isn't. Maybe some suggestions don't work well.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that before I send any sort of message, it advises me on better wording. Sometimes, I struggle trying to word things clearly and efficiently. I'm hoping this helps me with my verbal communication as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that it highlights full sentences when I hover over them that I can't read them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me a lot with mistakes that would be easy to over look. It also helps me make statements that are more clear and less wordy.
My English Sucks, But now I write like a pro
What do you like best about the product?
Grammerly makes me appear to be a native English speaker. I make a lot of mistakes due to my primary language being Spanish. While I can speak English pretty well, I often get confused with the grammar when writing, and Grammarly has helped me a lot with that.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't particularly appreciate that Grammerly wasn't around 20 years ago when I first started with English.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's solving my bad grammar, due to English not being my native language.
Excellent Experience
What do you like best about the product?
I love that it not only offers suggestions for my grammar errors, but it also helps me rewrite sentences for clarity, concisness, and it helps me match tone. It is so easy to use that I use it for everything!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, Grammarly doesn't appear in my documents when I use Microsoft Office Suite. I find it always works when I use G Suite.

I appreciate that it offers suggestions for ways to improve my sentences. It can offer suggestions to seem more professional and more relatable.

What do you like best about the product?
They have an array of benefits that they offer. Some benefits are grammar and spelling corrections, enhanced vocabulary, style and tone suggestions, plagiarism detection, ease of use, personalized feedback and easy accessibility. No matter what you need they are able to help.

They are similar to other platforms. I wish they would add an AI feature.

The best thing about Grammarly in my opinion is the style and tone suggestions. It helps me greatly at work

The help with sentence structure! I often have run on sentences. Hel;ing break them down makes them look more professional

Having grammarly active on all open tabs and apps at all times, sometimes all the red lines hurt my eyes and brain
