This software is critical if you communicate with customers
What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly is so crucial to make sure when I'm engaging in daily customer conversations that I sound professional and have no spelling or gramatical errors. I need to converse quickly and often with hundreds of customers a week and this software gives me the confidence to do that. The time it takes to set this up on your computer is dismal compared to it's value given.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, why wouldn't you use this? This software is a gold mine.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can communicate quickly with customers and feel confident that I'm not making silly mistakes.
90% effective - does slow down the processing power across the board.

90% effective. Like the various styles of writing intention - your being thoughtful vs direct.

What do you dislike about the product?
The app can slow down processing speed significantly - on some machines. On my personal Mac, it got so slow I had to take if off my machine. On my work PC -Dell - G2 seems to work fine. One my peer's Dell, G2 has led to major processing speed issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Consistency in editing legal documents to various clients across multiple business lines.
Enhancing Writing with AI
What do you like best about the product?
I have been using it for quite time, and is the best grammar tool, at least for english, even compare with quilbot. The best thing is that it integrates with office, windos apps and chrome to help me polsh my english.
What do you dislike about the product?
The lack of better spanish and other languages, but i saw is getting better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problem is that I know English but bot the way that native american writes and speaks, so it helps me a lot correcting my grammar and many times enhancing it to make my comms stunning
Great for Work Reports!
What do you like best about the product?
It has helped me to identify grammar mistakes before submitting work reports. I used it daily for work.
What do you dislike about the product?
There were a few times my Grammarly app didn't work. Not sure why.

English is my second language, so I need to use it to correct my grammar mistakes.

What do you like best about the product?
Best is the suggested restructuring of sentences and spelling corrections. The software is easy to integrate across different platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I dislike about Grammarly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Professional emails and reducing sentence lengths benefits me. (It's too bad Grammarly is not auto-loaded for this review - - my replies would be more professional.)

A person could get sloppy knowing they will have an editor.

Grammarly's organizational style-guide tool is a communication director's dream! It gives us more eyes in more places to ensure our communication is accurate and in line with our brand voice and tone—even helping the non-writers produce stellar copy!

I honestly don't have anything I dislike about the tool!

As the lead copywriter and communications director, this tool helps me manage content accuracy across many teams and platforms.
Helpful, Especially for Comma Struggles
What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly has been VERY helpful in my writing, both formal and casual. Its corrections for proper comma usage and other punctuation errors have shown me how little I actually know about the rules. I also really appreciate the suggestions for clarity and to reduce the lengths of sentences.
What do you dislike about the product?
It doesn't have plugins for everything. It doesn't work with my iOS mail client app which forces me to use the web client.
I also don't like that the little web bug for it is often in the way, but locks to the text box so cannot be placed in a better area.

Grammarly helps to correct grammar and spelling mistakes and bring clarity to my communication.

What do you like best about the product?
The autocorrect feature and the suggestions provided by the Grammarly bot are very useful and always keep the writing very neet and free from errors.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, the autocorrect feature gets irritating because they tend to follow the grammar even in some different tones of writing and always try to make them formal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes writing easy for me since I work on emails from day to night, and to have a neat and clean email with no errors, which sounds professional, is what I want, and this is what Grammarly is providing me. I always try to use Grammarly for any replies or any professional work sometimes I even use it for my work also, and it always gives me the desired result, which just makes me free from any uncertain worries.
