Confidence in writing
What do you like best about the product?
Punctuation. Suggested wording and sentence phrases.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not encountered anything that I dislike about Grammarly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly has alerted me when words are omitted in my statements.

What do you like best about the product?
Now AI is integrated. I like its paraphrase tool, which rewrites the text in the style I wanted. Grammarly Proofreader have been even better. AI chat is handy. It features tools such as Expert Review, Reader Reactions, Humaniser, Citation Finder, Fact Checker, AI Detector, Plagiarism Checker and AI Grader that help produce natural, accurate and high-quality writing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Grammar has improved a lot. Sometimes it suggests unnecessary commas. Maybe a feature to produce the writing in the user's own style by learning from previous writings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helped to write in the correct structure and format in short period of time. It also does amazing job for last minute proofreading.
Very helpful in browsers when spell check isn't available.

One of our browser-based systems doesn't allow for spell check, but we can use it with the browser plug-in instead.

I wish I could turn it off when I'm formatting HTML in our browser.

Grammarly improves our professional writing and is more intuitive than the standard browser spell check.

Not perfect but it makes life better
What do you like best about the product?
It is very good at catching spelling and grammer mistakes. Not everything it catches is a mistake, of course, but it will force me to think about why I'm using the word I'm using, and does Grammarly's suggestion make it better
What do you dislike about the product?
It's likely to flag things that aren't incorrect but are slightly idosincratic word useage. It also isn't good at technical jargon.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am a terrible speller, always have been and always will be. I write a lot and I write fast, so haveing something that checks not just spelling but things like tense agreement is helpful. In the past I have done a lot of editing, and Grammarly was great and converting things from passive to active tense- once in a while it would mess up a sentence, but that conversion can be slow and laborious.
Great Proofreader for Work
What do you like best about the product?
I like how it helps me make my copy more succinct and makes recommendations to even change tone. It's quick and easy! I use it throughout my work day.
What do you dislike about the product?
My biggest annoyance is honestly the placement of the little "icon" that you click on to pull up Grammarly in the sidebar. It's placement can make it very hard to scroll down or work on select pieces.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a writer for my nonprofit, I want to ensure my copy doesn't have any easy-to-overlook mistakes that I may miss after reviewing something over and over. When a colleague reviews my work, I want to make sure only substantial content edits are being requested — not proofreading oversights. It's great to have a "second pair of eyes" looking over my work before I share it more broadly.

Grammarly is most helpful in making sure that my message gets communicated in a professional but functional way.

I really like how it gives examples of sentances, and provides an update of a weekly review.
I like that it provides tones, and repeated updates, with how you have changed and progressed over time.

I do not like that it is always on.
It might be my own issue though in not figuring out how and when I can turn it off.
Sometimes emailing interoffice- co-workers, I do not need to be so formal and I ignore most of their reccomendations.

It is helping with large documents, and also with my staff and them sending out more professional emails.

What do you like best about the product?
Its intuitive interface and comprehensive features have greatly enhanced my writing experience. From catching typos and grammatical errors to offering suggestions for clarity and style improvement, Grammarly ensures that my writing is polished and professional.

It glitches occasionally and needs to be re-integrated.

I don't like the fact that it is always trying to make things formal....like "it's" into "it is".

It is helping use less words and I feel I am better communicating my message to the reader
