Game Changer
What do you like best about the product?
The Grammarly extension and app on my computer make it easy to get writing help on any site or system I use. I use it every day in everything I do. (Right now it's helping me correct spelling and grammar) It helped me not only sound more professional but also learn how to be more professional in my writing. The tips and explanations of the edits they make are what make it worth it for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside of Grammarly is if I somehow get logged out, it doesn't record my writing habits for the week.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me stay on brand and keeps my tone confident when I'm writing how-to articles or even just emails.
Quick easy and makes me look smarter
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use. Suggests changes that are almost always better and more accurate to what I'm intending.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes doesn't work. has to be reloaded now and again in google workspace.

Speed of communication and accuracy of grammar and clarity

What do you like best about the product?
I would like to have Grammarly on my computer, phone, etc. It is easy to integrate with the apps and is frequently used to write emails and edit documents. The customer support is also pretty easy to reach and helpful. It doesn't require any effort to implement. It has various features that can be used everywhere.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can only be more integrated with AI for more proper texts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping to improve my English writing for all day use.
Getting Jiggy Wit It! Grammarly that is!
What do you like best about the product?
It's a fantastic tool to use to ensure accuracy and consistency. SUPER easy to use and love the 'reports' that are sent out. So fun to see how you're doing. I think you have to be a bit nerdy to really dig Grammarly!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there are discrepancies between what Word suggests and what is suggested by Grammarly, which can be confusing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Writing accuracy, improved clarity and appropriate tone.
Grammarly Helps Me Work Efficiently
What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly's Style Guide and Brand Tones have allowed my team to create custom grammar, style, and tone rules (and coaching) specific to our industry. These benefits are available to team members across browsers, Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Very occasionally, incorrect suggestions come from Grammarly. But I'm able to flag them for correction.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It speeds up proofreading to a massive degree. Massive. It also makes proofreading more consistent across our team. This is especially true given that we have team members with varying levels of proficiency in writing and editing. That benefits our entire team and overall company, because it puts the most professional content possible in front of our prospects and customers.
It helps alot and makes us feel confident in sending emails
What do you like best about the product?
Suggestion of much better vocabulary suitable to the context and reflection on how better we are getting in writing via mail.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not including vocabulary which have local usage.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammerly is solving the problem of our lack of knowledge in certain grammer in English and we benefit from reaching out people with more confidence with the idea we are sharing.
GREAT Way to brush up on your grammer and spelling comprehension 100%
What do you like best about the product?
I love the Grammer suggestions, and I love that they polish up my emails and responses. Helps me and Teaches me proper grammar, and spelling.
What do you dislike about the product?
I sometimes want to see options for rewritten suggestions, and maybe a way to fix a typo only, not the rewording; it can also be me; I am pretty fast. haha
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
IT teaches me how to propertly fix my sentences, and shows me the ways to put in a message to a customer in either a professional way, or business casual. Always love the weekly monthly emails
An innovative tool
What do you like best about the product?
As the lead and member of a one-person communications team, I find grammarly to be incredibly useful in my work. By ensuring this is on all of our team's software, my copy-editing work is greatly reduced, allowing me to focus instead on content creation and development.
What do you dislike about the product?
I could do without the weekly emails updating me on my progress. Since I work across many shared documents, the tracking is not accurate to what I have actually written.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly ensures that our team uses consistent grammar and brand-appropriate language across all documents and platforms. When multiple team members are writing in the same document, it helps us flag for a consistent tone/ tense.
Grammarly is the Bomb!
What do you like best about the product?
It is so easy to use and adapts to any program I am in. Has saved me from many embarrassing mistakes!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the little "Grammarly" button is over important text and can't move it without turning it off.

Helps me to make sure my grammar is correct and helps me with making my content more engaging.
Extremely Helpful
What do you like best about the product?
The Grammarly plug-in allows the program to check all the writing I do on any website in the browser I'm using so that I can be confident that it is correct. I use it all the time, and because it's a plug-in, I don't have to turn it on and off.
What do you dislike about the product?
The icon is often in the way of what I'm typing. It does say you can move it but I have trouble moving it and having it stay out of the way so there are times I turn it off so it's not in the way.

Grammarly checks my grammar to ensure I sound professional in all the posts I create for social media, emails to members of my network, and documents I prepare for presentations.
