A must have for stress-free writing
What do you like best about the product?
I like that; although I consider myself a good writer, I can defer to Grammarly to catch errors I would not find myself. As a result of this, my writing has significantly improved. I would highly recommend this to anyone else who depends on good writing. I haven't needed to contact customer service, but the self-serve options are great. Also, I like the fact that Grammarly integrates with all of my browsers as well as my desktops. Thus, Grammarly has seamless integration. The ease of implementation is great and I use it all the time.
What do you dislike about the product?
It was a bit expensive, but worth it. Still, I would prefer it to be much cheaper.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My writing has considerably improved.

One of the usp feature of Grammarly is it's ability to provide comprehensive and real time writing assistance across various platform and devices.
Additionally, Grammarly is user friendly interface and customizable settings make it accessible and adaptable to a wide range of writing context,and even mobile keyboard ensure seamless usage.

What do you dislike about the product?
1- The free version of Grammarly has limitations amcompared to the premium subscription, which may deter users seeking access to advance features such as style improvements and plagiarism detection.
2- There is concern to Grammarly about privacy and data security due to the necessity of uploading written content to Grammarly server.
3- Sometimes the suggested changes are not matching with the writers intention of writing or tone.

There are several key problems that Grammarly solves is:
1- it corrects grammer and spelling error.
2- it offers the suggestion to enhance the clarity and readability but identifying the redundant words and unclear sentences.
3-It provides alternative words of choices and prevent repetition.
Benefits:
It improves my writing quality by identifying and correcting errors while writing a professional emails.
It saves lots of time to think and search for word to create the proper sentence.
It also helps me to increase the confidence while writing the email to the c level personnel.

What do you like best about the product?
English is my second language. Grammarly helps me focus on what I want to say and then corrects how I want to say it to sound more professional.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it corrects the tone in a way I don't want to sound. I like being very polite, so maybe I need to learn how to adjust it.

It helps me avoid grammar mistakes and allows me to sound more professional.
Helpful Program for Improvement and Progress
What do you like best about the product?
I love the summaries provided that help provide insight into my progress and writing performance. These updates show where I am excelling and where I can improve which is very useful for communicating with clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
Being in the legal field, I feel some of the recommended revisions or changes are not for the best, as they change the legalise wording.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly benefits me by providing a summary detailing where I have excelled and where I could use improvement. This helps for continued improvement in proofreading and tone of correspondence.
Grammarly is an amazing product!
What do you like best about the product?
I like most that Grammarly catches on to the tone of our customer support emails and keeps all of my reps unified in our responses. I also love the desktop feature where you can use Grammarly on any browser-supported app.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the placement of the icon. At times it can cover the words I am typing, and is not easy to move the icon around.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly is used by all of my CS representatives to check spelling and grammar and to make sure all of our emails and live chats are written in a professional tone.
It’s like having a proofreader in your back pocket!

I have to do a lot of copy editing and this helps me save time and catch things I would have otherwise missed. It's also extremely helpful for composing emails quickly.

The keyboard on iOS isn't my favorite - kinda clunky so I end up not using it.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best is to get different options on how to say the same thing. That allows me to have alternatives to choose from that I had never imagined before.
What do you dislike about the product?
I believe that what I like the least is when it marks a word as something incorrect and gives me what is supposed to be a better fit, but it isn't in that context. That makes me think it's not completely reliable so I really have to check every suggestion instead of accepting all of them without looking
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly solves the grammar issues I have as a native Spanish speaker and that I didn't know I had because even though I consider my English to be in a good level, there are some blind spots I have and Grammarly supports me with them, which I highly appreciate.

I love how it is embedded in everything. My web browser, my emails, my go-to! I use it daily because I am a Director of Communications.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes time little green circle is in the way. We should be able to move it.

Grammar and word choice and tone.
Make writing less stressful
What do you like best about the product?
I like Grammarly because I can complete work tasks with ease and less effort knowing that I have it to proofread my writing before I send it out to colleagues or customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Since incorporating the new AI help bar it is more difficult to see my corrections.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly solves the problem of having hesitations before I send out a document. With Grammarly, I can proofread a document once with confidence knowing it has done the same.
