The copy editor in my computer!
What do you like best about the product?
I love that Grammarly is always running on my computer and making suggestions. My emails, project management documents and written works are more polished and refined thanks to Grammarly.
What do you dislike about the product?
My least favorite part about Grammarly is that I would like to be able to change it's copy editing style (such as AP style), depending on what the projects I am working on need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The new Plagiarism checker in Grammarly is an excellent resource that has allowed us to not require an additional software or step in our content document reviews.
Helpful for Business Writing
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to quickly proof any email, review, or presentation without relying on outdated and often wrong MS tools is a fantastic use case for Grammarly.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not on enough platforms or tools yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me with brevity and keeping emails professional and to the point when my natural writing voice would otherwise stray from that.

I like that Grammarly is incredibly easy to use, thanks to its seamless integration with popular office products and web browsers.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downsides to Grammarly is that some of the more useful writing tools are locked inside a paid subscription.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly, when integrated with Outlook, proofreads my emails before I send them. This feature is so useful to avoid mistakes and ambiguity.
Helpful tool for copy editing
What do you like best about the product?
Quickly identifies typos. As a copywriter who pumps out a lot of content quickly, this is very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the automated icon covers the text I'm editing and makes it hard to see what I'm doing.

Addresses typos, gives options for sentence structure.

I love the suggestions Grammarly makes. Most of the time I accept them. Grammarly has changed the way that I write.

Sometimes the suggestions don't make sense.

A Great Co-Pilot for Writers
What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly provides a second set of eyes to quickly review work. It catches mistakes you might miss and helps you quickly update content.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes Grammarly doesn't understand the nuances of tone or specialized diction but it will slowly pick it up and learn.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly solves the problem of editing eye fatigue. It's also a great plagairism checker when copyediting other people's work.
Grammarly has been more than helpful.
What do you like best about the product?
With such busy days & getting caught up in typing out emails, it is great to know there is a 'second set of eyes' that catches things I may not.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not come across anything that I dislike at this time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With all the electronic communication we do, it is great to have this option to catch anything from my spelling mistakes to giving me other phrases to use that are grammatically correct.
Heavy Grammarly user for everything I type
What do you like best about the product?
It keeps my emails clean as many times I fly through them in a rush, and it catches my common and simple mistakes. Keeps the emails professional. It's integrated into all of my typing platforms. As a heavy user, I rely on it daily.
What do you dislike about the product?
There can be corrections that can change your messaging or, frankly, make the sentence not what you intended. I do have to speed proofread the email before hitting send. This happens when there are many corrections and you accept the changes quickly. Its best to CYA and reread before hitting send.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Basic grammar, punctuation, spelling, and some good suggestions for better, more unique words to use.
