A tax professional's perspective
What do you like best about the product?
I have a business, and the standard for correctly worded responses is high because of my profession. I use Grammarly and have all my employees use it to make us sound more professional. It is ver easy to set up. I love that I am able to create a company tone for all employees and that I am able to add my own vocabulary "slang" words for it not to autocorrect.
What do you dislike about the product?
That it sometimes auto logs out for one of my employees and I need to figure it out to tell them to log in again.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Some of my employees do not have a polished English, but they are responsible to email and text my clients. Having Grammarly on their computer helps make sure their texted responses sound more professional.
Grammerly - Write better with no hassle
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it integrates with all my most commonly used writing tools and just runs while I write.
What do you dislike about the product?
Similarly, sometimes I don't want to use it but it is on by default.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easily finds typos, suggests better grammar, fixes syntax mistakes.
Prevents Grammar Mistakes!
What do you like best about the product?
I love having Grammarly on my system. It helps prevent those moments when I've sent a message in the past and only notice a type AFTER I've hit send!

There's really nothing I don't like about Grammarly. It really helps when I'm sending out something quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps with proofreading and sentence clarity.
Grammarly helps me improve my skills as a bilingual copywriter and translator.
What do you like best about the product?
For me, Grammarly is more than a writing assistant. It's like an expert that I have by my side when I need recommendations to improve my writing or to ask a question when in doubt. Grammarly is beneficial for translation. I usually translate Spanish to English, and I use Grammarly to improve my translation so it does not sound like a translation but as if a native initially wrote it.
What do you dislike about the product?
My experience with the interface could have been more satisfying some time ago, but It has improved now. The web browser add-on caused me trouble editing HTML twice or thrice.

Grammarly is helping improve the content quality of our blog articles and the overall website.

It catches blatant grammatical errors which is helpful

It does not match my tone. I am not writing a novel usually. Just quick notes to customers.

What do you like best about the product?
It supports the brand consistency I need. It improves me as a professional to be more confident and articulate. I can choose between tones, and it does impact work dynamics. It's not but managing work and writing; it is also managing relationships, making it hassle-free. It helped me correct the feedback too. It's your best friend from school who knows how to articulate your thoughts for you.

Prompts. Not really! I think it suggests tone every time I open the document to edit, so some dismissed recommendations come up again

A crucial and essential addition
What do you like best about the product?
Getting grammarly premium has been in some way "life changing" it was a really interesting journey of fail-proof English messages. Being a non-native English speaker some sentence structuring may be challenging and puzzling at first, but with grammarly I was able to not only learn easier and clearer structures but also manage to have a better image and more professional texts. I lile very much the accuracy of this tool and the choices it offers depending on the wished tone and context.
What do you dislike about the product?
The GUI on mobile can be very obnoxious, the IA generation can also be integrated better it feels as useless or underdeveloped (not explained mu h) at the moment especially when powerful alternatives exist like ChatGPT.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being a Human Ressources Manager in an association, I do a lot of emails and contact a lot of people, grammarly just took my formalities and the quality of my work single-handedly

Increased confidence in writing, especially in emails.

The little G bubble is always in the way of writing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly is solving how I use Grammar and punctuation, and that has helped me tremendously by re-checking my work especially when I see the red undeline
Best Writing Assistant
What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly not only catches the mistakes I've made in my writing, but it also offers suggestions for improvement. It's helping me improve the grammar in this review right now! Grammrly is an essential part of my workday and the BEST writing assistant.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I need to write without the Oxford comma, and Grammarly doesn't like that (me either, Grammarly). I can easily close out those grammar suggestions, but I wish there was a toggle feature so I could let Grammarly know "Hey, now I am writing in AP style, so please don't suggest a comma before "and."
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly helps make my writing more clear and concise. One thing I often do in my writing is switch to passive voice. I love that Grammarly catches that for me!
