It's helpful
What do you like best about the product?
I really helps me with picking up those pesky minor grammar and spelling issues when I'm busy and kicking out a lot of work and writing.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't understand why there aren't parameters to make adjustments like I prefer double spaced sentences and commas. It doesn't allow for those customizations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Updating grammar and spelling when I'm busy
More than Spell Check, polishes my writing
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate that is checks, spelling, grammar, punctuation, clarity and tone! Helpful in refining and polishing my own writing!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it wants to remove personal style, but it's easy to dismiss suggestions or ignore.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making sure my communications are clear and checks tone as well as catching typos.

I like the following features...
1) It is easy to use
2) Once implemented, it sits quietly in the background
3) The tool is always on and allows you to easily click on a pop-up and either re-write or adjust the tone
4) Suggests different words or phrasing, to increase the readability for the consumers of your correspondence

What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the following features...
1) If you are writing a rough draft, it will mark up quite a bit of your space and create visual clutter
2) Too much email correspondence regarding metrics and how your specific writing style matches up against other Grammarly users. I prefer to access a portal to view this information

Clearer and more efficient communication between internal and external customers

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, jump in whenever I need it, it is there always to help you!
What do you dislike about the product?
It is not available in apps, but I overcome this with their "Grammarly Document" feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am not a native English speaker, and usually, I put the words in the wrong order! Or I use a way of expressing things that can be done in a better way, or it doesn't show the needed meaning
A Necessary Tool for Professionalism
What do you like best about the product?
The upside to using Grammarly is that the application helps to make sure that your words are clear and consise, as well as correct. I was introduced to this app for writing school papers, however, it has become more useful for company emails and projects that require me to articulate my ideas and thoughts in a professional manner.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that I could link my activity between my personal and work account. I had to create a work account but I don't prefer to login, so my activity isn't logged there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly is helping make sure that my work is without error and makes sense to the audience I'm writing to.

What do you like best about the product?
As a digital marketer, most of the time everything is fast pace, sending emails, writing content here and there for different channels. The odd typo gets in there - Grammarly helps point it out before it's too late!

I think the tone of voice option could be better.

Grammerly Rocks
What do you like best about the product?
It's a great learning tool as it catch my mistakes and shows alternatives and recommendations which in turn improves my writing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it make recommendations that are counter to the intention, in some cases removing negative words like "not". As "will not provide" converting a vital agreement term which is dangerous.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My writing is not great, and so it makes me sound more professional, more pro active and less passive.
Excellent for grammar correction and suggestions.

it quickly and efficiently corrects your grammar, and it suggests different ways to draft emails to sound more friendly or professional.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to dislike, it is helpful overall.

When you send emails on a regular basis it is not uncommon to make a couple grammar mistakes, Grammarly takes care of that.

It can be used across multiple software and platforms. re-write tool is very nice when you get stuck on a thought or word

grammar errors need to have a different color underline...is there an auto correct feature>
