Grammarly catches common and unique mistakes
What do you like best about the product?
color-coding for different types of flagged text, available rule setting, branding options for product trademarks and odd spellings/formats, reporting - individual and group.
What do you dislike about the product?
Cannot customize to scientific writing very well - 3rd tense and past tense, long sentence structure.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
helps us be consistent across the team when it comes to spelling, hyphenations and branding.
Support Quickly and Efficiently
What do you like best about the product?
I love the quick responses and support that helps to clean up my writing and documents for work. It puts another set of eyes on my work without waiting for a human team member to do the work.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have a dislike with Grammarly. It is supportive in my writing needs
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps to make my writing concise and to the point. I can dump my thoughts and allow Grammarly to help edit.
Be a better writer!
What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly has been so helpful in cleaning up and clarifying my business communication. It also keeps me from overlooking simple mistakes that would simply make me look unprofessional. It is something I use every day.
What do you dislike about the product?
Settings adjustments with other software (Microsoft Office, etc.) can sometimes conflict with each other. Which one is right? Sometimes the GUI gets in the way of buttons.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Again, it helps me avoid making silly mistakes due to rushing or failing to proof thoroughly. Sometimes it provides clearer ways to state what I am trying to say.

I love that it provides suggestions to improve writing instead of instantly changing the test. This has helped me expand my english grammar significantly

Sometimes the tool pops up in random spots and stops me from clicking somewhere

There are times when the tone of my email correspondence is off, the suggestions from Grammarly assist me in correcting that.

I don't like how Grammarly can highlight an entire sentence that's incorrect, and I can't even see the words.

Grammarly is excellent at catching spelling and punctuation errors and finding ways to improve writing, though its style suggestions aren't as helpful.

Nothing. The suggestions are just suggestions

Grammarly has made my client mails very easy. I do not need to think anymore and I get most of my language made suitable for the clients.
