The real copilot
What do you like best about the product?
I recently started using Grammarly, and I must say it's been super. I initially used it for myself, but after a rebrand, I wanted to tighten up our brand tone. Grammarly allows us to do this effectively.
What do you dislike about the product?
The tooltip can get in the way sometimes which is annoying. It also doesn't play well with Google Docs sometimes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly is solving the problem of grammatical errors, spelling mistakes, and poor sentence structure in written content. By providing real-time suggestions and corrections, it helps my team to improve the quality of our writing. It's also been incredible to orchestrate our "brand voice". I now have the confidence that my marketing team is communicating consistently.
A decent but sometimes mediocre tool
What do you like best about the product?
Quickly and synchronously correct grammar, spelling, or word errors; provide immediate and improved writing suggestions.
What do you dislike about the product?
The suggested sentence structures are relatively simple, and sometimes the original sentences are better than the suggested ones.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mainly proofreading and it's been helping with promptly correcting spelling/tense errors.
Helpful Resource Across Platforms
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate that Grammarly works in the background for mostly all of my business software. We use a proposal software that doesn't have a built in spell or grammar check. Grammarly is a perfect partner to ensure our proposals are error free.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes Grammarly is glitchy in systems that have their own spell and grammar functionality.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We always want to present high quality content internally and externally. Grammarly not only ensures our writing is error free but that it is taiored to the audience for which it is intended and written in the most appropriate tone.
Awesome tool to use!
What do you like best about the product?
I am genuinely in love with Grammary. The best part about Grammarly is that it will find and correct misspellings and even provide suggestions. This has helped me along the way.
What do you dislike about the product?
There were some instances that it was not able to understand my request to compose an email.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As mentioned before, Grammarly has assisted me with making better decisions when picking out a tone for an email and provided better suggestions.

What do you like best about the product?
It catches a lot of typographical errors. It generally understands the context and provides good suggestions.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a bit frustrating when the suggestion pops up, but when I try to accept the suggestion, it goes away before my mouse hits it. I haven't found a pattern to this behavior (Chrome latest, Mac M1)

What do you like best about the product?
I'm a fan of Grammarly's wizardry in spotting and fixing my writing slip-ups on the fly. It's like having a friendly writing companion who whispers helpful hints in my ear as I type. Whether tweaking a sentence to make it sparkle or catching pesky typos, Grammarly's got my back. Plus, it's super easy to use!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, some dramatic sentences receive suggestions that can make them too dull. I think this should be improved with LLM advancements.

I mostly rely on grammarly for academic paper writing. It's good to have one less thing to worry about while trying to present my work.

Helping me write with proper tone and voice - also making thoughtful suggestions to help improve the strength of my writing.
Work and personal use
What do you like best about the product?
It helps me see things I might have missed, such as the wrong version of a word (there and their) and typos that I did not catch. I use it every day all day and make sure it is turned on.
What do you dislike about the product?
The little pop-up window gets in the way of the text box sometimes when using it on various apps, and it is slow, especially on a long document. There are times I can't totally trust it because it does not catch common errors in a 3-plus page Google doc. I also do not like how the suggested updates change my voice. I feel the suggest change the meaning of the sentence some times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use it mostly fro proofing my emails and docs. A lot of my writing is client-facing and I want it to sound good and be professional. I don't love the AI assistance. It hslpe some time but I feel there are other better tools out there. It is not super easy to use in my opinion, especially if I am trying to clear up the meaning of a line. I don't love the options it gives and it is hard to jump from line to line.
