The best support for writing all kind of documents
What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly has helped me significantly improve my writing skills, and as a non-native English writer, I have learned a lot of new words, syntax rules, and similar. Also, the integration with the browser is fantastic, helping even in unexpected pages. However, the cherry on the icing is the Google Docs integration, which works perfectly and eases a lot of interaction.
Also, lately, I've been using AI-support writing, which provides good alternatives for improving or enlarging the text. This new feature is a game-changer.

What do you dislike about the product?
My only concern with Grammarly is inconsistent integration with some products (e.g., Google docs). If the file is too big, sometimes the plugin loads partially, or a feature like the AI support does not detect the highlighted text, which affects the interaction; however, to solve this is as simple as adding the information to a new Grammarly document and it would have the full support.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In general terms, Grammarly supports my writing in a way that the message is more explicit and straight to the point for the end audience.

Sometimes when you are hovering it disappears before you are able to click and that's a bit inconvenient.

What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly is a robust spell check system. I like it best when I write an statement and then Grammarly is able to reformate the sentence with all the proper punctuations. I like that it sits next to my documents that I am drafting and makes suggestions as we go, so the final edits are not prolonged. Grammarly is smarter than I am, but sometimes I want to make a specific statement, a specific way. Sometimes I decide not to take Grammarly's corrections and the document does not continue to show the red highlights. I love the Grammarly reports that highlights how our Team is progressing, and I even like the way that the system reports improvement in my writing tone. I use Grammarly every day on every email, even the short ones. Grammarly is so easy to install and requires no extensive training meetings. I like that we have accounts that are assigned to each staff through its Admin portal.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are no downsides to Grammarly. It is so professional, easily accessible and user friendly. Only the literarily lazy would refuse to use a Grammarly account. I would like Grammarly to be accessible across all applications on my computer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using Grammarly is excellent for our external Communications. We proofread every outgoing email, newsletter and other documents. We use it for proofing internal documents as well. sending out poorly written to communications to the world is embarrassing.

Sometimes tend to make corrections that turn my texts into a very traditional or predictive ones

It corrects me my grammar and spelling since english is not my first language but I need to use it at work
