Grammarly is a smarter Clippy!
What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly is helpful for suggesting rewrites. It is no replacement for human writers, but instead should be thought of as a helpful tool for writers, to make them more effective and efficient.
Grammarly reduces the amount of rewrites and QA my work needs. My editors and QA'ers do less because Grammarly points out more. Even if it doesn't have the perfect suggestion, just knowing that something doesn't work is helpful.

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, Grammarly will make suggestions that turn your language into something that is technically correct but doesn't feel great. You still need someone who understands the language to accept or reject suggestions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I really like having a 'tone check' that can let me know if I'm not neutral or enthusiastic enough. This is really helpful for finding and removing bias from my writing, on charged topics like the global climate crisis.
Grammarly is the best auto-checker for grammar out there!
What do you like best about the product?
I think grammar is very important, and Grammarly is the best at checking it! I really like the guidance as well to add to your vocabulary and grow as a communicator. It's helpful with suggestions, so you can avoid being repeatable with the same language. It is by far the most superior product on the market.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the docs worked a little more like Google Docs and Word. If it had more capabilities like that, I probably wouldn't use Google or Word to create docs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Grammarly daily to create content for marketing. It helps me feel 100% with proofing through Grammarly. With AI, I use that to make sure that content is not plagerised.
Positive Experience
What do you like best about the product?
It helps reword documents and text to sound in the manner we are looking for. It is easy to make the modifications and makes the writing sound better.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some edits: if you use the more than once, it'll highlight the change. There are times when we intentionally need to use the same word, as we use this for our company.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It ensures that what I am trying to convey in my text comes off as professional, grammatically correct, and written in a way people can read easily.
Peace of Mind While Typing Away
What do you like best about the product?
I am the worst about adding commas where needed, and I am usually typing really quickly when working, so, as an attorney this program is very easy to download, easy to use, and I use it every single day.
What do you dislike about the product?
When I am using Grammarly in the practice of law, it will try to make me put "the" in front of things that do not need it. Petitioner, Respondent, Husband, and Wife are all words I use to describe parties and not use their full name. "The" is not required in front of those, and because I use them a lot, Grammarly is always trying to make my ass "the," which is both incorrect and frustrating.

Spelling and sentence structure are improved using Grammarly

Being able to quickly and effortlessly change tone, verify spelling and make sure my comminication is on point.
What do you dislike about the product?
The app does not always work on all platforms consistently, so sometimes I think the app is on, but it is not working in the particular app or browser.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We post a lot on social media, so making sure or grammar and spelling is accurate is important for our clients.
The best assistant for my scientific papers
What do you like best about the product?
The possibility to define a target audience, as well as my intentions (report, convince). Also, the possibility to change from US to GB english.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some vocabulary suggestions are not really adequate in an academic paper (eg suggest to replace important with crucial)

Proofreading out papers is an essential step before submission.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Grammarly every day, and so far, it has helped me keep my emails clear and concise. It works seamlessly as I type and gives helpful suggestions for changing my language and spelling.

I think the weekly writing update is unnecessary, however some people may enjoy seeing their progress.

Grammarly helps ensure that my work emails have the proper wording and punctuation.

Sometimes, it doesn't load even though I have it on my desktop as a Chrome add-in.

What do you like best about the product?
The suggestions it provides are really helpful, especially when it's available in browser and word processesors. It's easy to get started and can be used regularly without getting in the way.

Sometimes it over-suggests and has the suggestion bubbles that get in the way of what I'm trying to do online.

Grammarly helps improve my writing in a way that spell check doesn't do on its own.
Grammarly Takes the Guessing Out of Grammar
What do you like best about the product?
Besides catching some of the more erroneous errors, Grammarly allows us to include our organization style guide, which helps with overall communications.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lately it's been slow to load when scrolling
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's catching mistakes associated with our style guide which saves me time. The Knowledge Share feature is really helpful as well.
