Life Changing
What do you like best about the product?
I love Grammarly for so many reasons! From its ability to spell and grammar check anything to its AI capabilities, Grammarly has wholly upgraded my ability to communicate through spoken word. I love its ability to control the tone of messages and completely restructure a sentence for clarity. 10/10 I recommend it to anyone and everyone. I use it every minute of every day. The integration was easy, and I don't even remember how I did it since it was so simple. As for customer support, I could verify my non-profit status very painlessly.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are just a couple of glitches. The generative text module refuses to work if you have slow internet. While my internet is "high-speed", it maxes out at about 6.20 mps download and 0.5 mps upload. My other issues is the little module that hovers near my text sometimes covers buttons or the text I'm writing and I have no clue what to do about that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I spell at about a 3rd-grade level due to a learning disability. It aids me to the point where my disability no longer hinders me.
Indecisive & Nitpicky but Always Trustworthy & Well-Intentioned Writing Companion
What do you like best about the product?
Its 'rewrite for clarity' suggestions are making me a better writer. The overall score is a nice UX touch! I have yet to explore Goals (I use the default setting) and from what I've experienced, Grammarly is able to detect the overall tone of the writing and make recommendations accordingly. The particularly pleasant aspect though is Gen AI which responds to prompts and goals a lot better than Chat GPT, in my opinion.
What do you dislike about the product?
While I write anything anywhere, its ubiquitous app will start suggesting changes in real-time, which is distracting. Also, I've noticed it being stuck in a loop of contradicting its suggestions (e.g. it has switched between suggesting 'real-time' and 'real time' in this response twice already) and highlighting passive voice as something to be worked on. I use Google Docs extensively and the app tends to glitch a lot there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a content marketer for a B2B SaaS product, I aim to create engaging and quality content across various formats - and create it fast. Grammarly has cut down the number of reviews, and automated processes such as summarizing with Gen AI.
Game changer for a Dyslexic Thinker!
What do you like best about the product?
As a person who always struggled with grammar and sentence structure, this point solution is a go to tool for me. It allows my weaknesses from dyslexia disappear and my create brain can flourish.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike is sometimes I am not sure which choice is correct.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It making sure I write so people can understand me.
Grammarly helps reduce time spent on editing content and style guide edits
What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly integrates directly into our systems (Google Workspace), making my life easy. The style guide feature is beneficial because with many people writing throughout the company, it's sometimes hard to keep up with the brand editorial aspect. This speeds things up and saves a lot of time!
What do you dislike about the product?
It's really annoying when I "dismiss" a suggestion, the suggestion continues to pop up if you leave the page and return to finish writing/editing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With outside agencies and writers responsible for some of the content writing, running things through the plagiarism checker is really helpful. Grammarly overall helps me spend less time focusing on editing/grammar/punctuation and more time on the things that matter.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Grammerly will let me know when I miss punctuation. It was very easy to install and integrate into my work software and it makes my everyday emails and memos more professional. I use Grammerly every day and love how easy it is to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the recommendation given changes the meaning of what I'm trying to convey in my document or email.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sometimes punctuation is left out of a sentence or a word is misspelled. Grammerly suggests the correct spelling and punctuation. This makes my document more professional and polished.
Helps keep a friendly yet professional tone
What do you like best about the product?
It helps a lot in sales, from writing emails to putting together Statements of Work. A single click shows me how to improve what I've written. Since it integrates with nearly everything I use, I always use it as an "audit system" for everything I write.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, it messes up my email's format, but it doesn't happen that often.

It helps with minor grammar mistakes. It helps me keep the tone of my conversations professional and personable at the same time.

Efficient and professional
What do you like best about the product?
I love that grammarly has extensions available so you are not restricted to just one site. It's accessible and easy to see when it catches errors with the green G showing up and the green underlined edits. I like that it's fast and efficient, especially if you've been staring at the same document or worked a long day so it gives you an extra set of eyes to double check your work or even emails. I like that it also helps out individuals who are not native English speakers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some words are jargons and sometimes the language itself is not suited for the attended audience or purpose of the document but it's easily modifiable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammar because I sometimes miss comments or the wording is not as professional as it could be.

I like how I can integrate my brand kit to my account and it automatically ensures the brand guideline is followed in my content

Sometimes, it keeps calling out the punctuations even though it'll be correct
